As of February, 2024, the Wi-Fi for customers has not been working for over a year, though the employee Wi-Fi does work. The employees are very friendly!

The girl at the front counter working the night shift was extremely rude and had horrible attitude. We came in to order food around 11:30 and we were sure anyone working that late in food service would be tired. So we were polite. She went out of her way to cut us off mid-sentence and send dirty looks which is not acceptable and downright outragous.

Give Nathan a raise!! He was very kind and made sure my food was fixed. He apologized even though it wasn't his mistake. Very kind man, will come again.Vegetarian options: salad

Poorly ran establishment. A filet-o-fish sandwich was left out of my bag and I came back through the drive thru because I didn’t feel like going in and the Asian male running the window asked what time I ordered the food. I showed him my receipt and he kept saying I needed to let the manager know and call the store. Why would I do that and I’m already there? I yelled at the top of my lungs and he finally refunded me. The customer should not have to jump through hoops when the workers clearly have a pattern of carelessness if you look at the other reviews. I had to sit in my car and refuse to move in order to get my refund. You shouldn’t be looked at like a criminal when the workers are the ones who are incompetent.

Worst !!!!! .... And now it's been new franchise owners so if you have codes from your app for free or discounts .... They will not honor!!! They say oh it doesn't take !!!!! Because they know you will just ignore it and pay ..... but they know what are doing !!!!
