Have never had a problem here and Bank of America has been my bank for many years! Great service and courteous tellers. This location very convenient. Would not change to another bank no bank is perfect, but Bank of America is close to perfect. I feel very confident my money is safe there . Thank you B of A

The posted hours of this bank should be located in the fiction section of a library. I've wasted so much time driving here only to leave with my deposit slips and aggravation. Please update the hours on the doors! They are closed during lunch but don't write this anywhere as well as randomly not open when short staffed.

This morning at 9:30AM, I am trying to Cash out a Cashier's Check from Bank of America, in the amount of $11000. The manager says since I don't have an account there, I cannot cash it because she could only allow me to cash out no more than $4000. My wife has an account there but that does not help. She say I must deposit it to a bank which I have an account with. I need the money today! What is the point of a Cashier's Check if I f I cam;t cash it out today? What kind of preposterous policy it is? She say I could open an account with them. For what? One of the many reasons why I don't have account with you! I have Wells Fargo, East West Bank. Good enough for me.

Turn around do not enter, especially if you need help from a banker. ATM, okay, you're good to go. I needed paperwork re-notarized that had been notarized before at a different branch and the banker was determined to find a reasons not notarize my paperwork. Not the first, second or even third time I've had a problem with bank of American. It is the LAST time, however. I'll be closing my personal and business accounts with them and opening a business account elsewhere. Update: I just went to Citibank in Arcadia, I didn't even need an appointment. It took the nice VP Branch Manager Johanna 10 mins, he started at 3:04 and was done at 3:14, to notarized my paperwork. He didn't even try to sell me anything, a credit card or sign up me up for a new account. I will be moving my business accounts to Citibank.

I made an appointment online to speak to a lending specialist. I arrived on time and I didn't have to wait at all once I arrived. I was assigned to Qianyun Hu who goes by Ivy. I told her why I was here today and asked her to guide me through the steps. I have several questions and she answered them with patience. I brought all of my documents with me which made the process easier since we can look over them together. In the end, I got what I needed within the hour and felt confident about the process. I would definitely request for her in the future. I used the ATM machine before I left. This location also has a drive thru ATM machines. One thing I dislike about this location is the entrance. I believe it's one way so you would have to come from a certain direction to drive into the driveway or else you're going against traffic/one way sign.

Service sucks. I'm on lockdown due to COVID and I can't get through the stupid voice mail system to talk to a real person. If the robot could help me I would have used it already. Thanks for nothing, I'll go to another bank.

This is one of the worst banks . Always crowded, not enough tellers . Don't encourage people to use the atm for simple transactions. Have to wait in line to get into a safe deposit box. I don't see why the branch manager or manager hep out with the safety deposit boxes. There's no line for senior citizens. The lobby greeter can easily hep with safe deposit boxes. Bank of America always worried about sales and opening accounts and investments but can't hire more tellers.

DO NOT USE ATM Machines here. You will get your card stuck in the machine, have to call BOFA to report it @1-866-692-9374 & talk to Nicole first to get transferred to another stranger named Allison from EDD @1-866-692-9374 to reissue you a new card and wait 7 to 10 business days before you can obtain a new card to get your funds. Also, calling the Non-emergency Police Line in San Gabriel @ (626) 308- 2828 to report did not help. They said it happens ALL the time & to call BofA to help. The police could not confirm 100% that the BofA ATM machine has not been tampered with. No BofA security is around to guard the broken ATM machine.

Amidst a pandemic, lines here can be long, and I can see how it would be hit or miss in those in lines following distancing protocols. After about a 25 minute wait for a given teller, I get to the front of the line where an employee working the window asks me whether or not i have a form filled out for a cash deposit (which has always confused me), but was nice enough to hand one to me through the window. The service is a 4-star experience but that wait can be extremely long, especially with the current state of affairs. To add, it was not clear what entrance to enter from until being met by a locked door as the notice they posted is behind a tinted window, so it is very hard to see.

Every time I co one to the branch there are never enough tellers. The branch manager does nothing to help. All they do is look at the line and walk away. BoA corporate what's up this bank? I don't recommend this bank at all. Poor poor service!

Nelly Senin was awesome! I was trying to get a couple of documents notarized. After stopping by a branch in Pasadena and Alhambra (who turned me away due to no appt or one of the rep was out) I drove to this branch frustrated. Nelly asked if I had any appt and assured me that she would take good care of me. After checking me in, there were a few people ahead of me and she doesn't think an associate can see me in 30-45mins. Instead of making me wait, she told me that UPS location down the street also does notarize and offered to cover the cost! I told her I was willing to wait but she insisted that I should go to UPS store and get it done there so I could be on my way without waiting. She said to bring the receipt back and she will reimburse it. I was curious and asked her how much UPS charge to notarize. Her response, while smiling and joking, "who cares! we will cover it". I brought the receipt back and she promptly refunded my acct $30 for the two documents I had notarized at UPS. I wish all the BofA customer service are like this. What a great experience, thanks to Nelly and her team!
