They literally worked all day long, without me having to pay any attention at all. I was moving from one apartment to another with the exact same layout and I asked them basically recreate my apartment by putting furniture and key items in the same place.I didn't give any direction at the new place, and when I walked in hours later, I was stunned at how well and perfectly they'd made the living room, the bedroom, set up my office space and kitchen area. The movers worked quickly and efficiently. Alex was very attentive to all of my requests and even went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect
like they disassembled my bed and put it back together at the new place. I thought it would have to be moved as is, but they took it apart in about 15 minutes I barely even noticed. Apparently, this is standard, which was a great surprise.
I also really liked Monica on the phone. She explained everything clearly, including the arrival time and how many movers would be best for my move.”

I had flown into LA to move my daughter to a new apartment - that was my only day available. My wife reached out to Deckers, and James, the owner, assured her that he could help us, All of his crews and trucks had previous commitments - but he would come help me with his F150 and complete the move. He was at the apartment early, and was professional, hard-working, and he really went above and beyond to save our move! I cannot recommend this company and James highly enough.
