This optical shop is for Chinese people. You can choose to buy glasses or have your eyes tested here. The service attitude is very good, but the service staff keeps selling, which is a bit over-marketing.

I and my boyfriend just walked out from the store.
We had very bad experience here. Since we walked into the store, every staff ignored us. We were the only customer they had at the moment. There were three ladies in the store. We wanted a little bit then finally there was one lady asked us what we want. After she asked us the question then she kept ignored us... They didn't even bother to move themselves from their chair.
I won't go again and I'm sure you can find somewhere

The whole process was efficient, careful and with much professionalism. The staff were kind towards us (mom & 10 yr old).
The place is clean, constantly sanitized and carry variety or glasses. The only downside is parking.

Desperately needed new glasses, so I came here to shop around. The office was clean and the staff was very helpful. I originally had my mind set on a specific set of frames (Versace) $283, but the optician recommended a lens height that was smaller than the original frame that I wanted, which I didn't deny looked better on my face but the price tag was $489 (Prada). I did find it cheaper by $60 elsewhere, but since I was already at Insight I didn't want to hassle myself and do it elsewhere.

So I've been here twice. First time for mom, then second for dad. The people there are extremely friendly. They offer full service, including assisting with filling out new patient forms (something I've never seen before). Honestly, I could have just dropped them off cause they didn't really need me present. They're also multi-lingual.... As far as I can tell, they cover English, Vietnamese, Teo Chow, Cantonese, and Madarin. If only Spanish is added, then they'd be a force to reckon with. Also, they're pretty fast. Clients are in and out within an hour. My only complaint is that the staff is sooooo eager to help, they forget to communicate with one another, causing them to go over details and questions with clients twice. This could get pretty annoying if you're borderline OCD and had to sit and watch how they work with other folks while waiting for them to finish with your parents, LMAO!

After years of avoiding the optometrist finally went. Office staff was very nice and attentive. Definitely will keep coming back. Oh and the prices are pretty good btw.

these people are extremely annoying and condescending and will bother your emergency contact if you can't make the time to pick up your glasses WITHIN THE WEEK that they're ready. cant these ppl be patient? im not in town when i have free time and its not like i have time at work to be answering calls. every single person who works here always acts like im stupid and forgetful and try to get all up in your business about why you cant do this or do that and try to give you unsolicited advice about your personal life. this is a place to sell glasses not to give you life advice. whenever i get the chance, i'm probably going to switch optometrists because these ppl always suck the joy out of me with each interaction i have with them.

Helpful staff, doing a great job keeping customers safe during Covid. If you have to venture out for new frames during the pandemic, this is a good place to go.

I've been coming to their store for the past few years… That was before their original store was burnt down and had to relocate to this new location… All the staff are very patient and provide utmost customer service unlike the big store in the huge plaza in the area… I am very glad that they are now back in business…

This is the best Optometrist that I have ever been to. They are extremely professional with Very Very good pricing. Their prices are so much less than at the big chain Optometrists. The frames that I got were exactly half the price that they were at the big chain store. Give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised and I am not an easily satisfied customer.
