Tom who has had this business for many years (also works as a third party for Atlas moving and Storage) is very knowledgeable of both the moving and storage business.
I did research for about 1.5 years before I actually moved and ended up hiring Atlas Moving and Storage. I learned that hiring one of the top five major van lines that are regulated was the best way to go because scheduling/delivery is both accurate and speedy. I received friendly customer service and correct information was given throughout the process.
If I would have chosen a company that offered the low pricing, the final price would have ended up the same price or more with damages that I may not have been reimbursed for. Also, my stuff would have gone all over the place before reaching the final destination, taking weeks longer and I did not want to pull my hair out. Container Pods are over rated because there is no service, therefore if you are not able to load and unload yourself, you will need to pay someone to do it. In the end, you pay for what you get, including breakage, especially if not loaded correctly.
I stored with Tom through Pasadena Moving and Storage from February 2025 to May 2025 since I did not have a permanent address in South Carolina and then Tom coordinated the move to my new residence. Storing in Los Angeles was the best route otherwise I would have been on my own finding a place to store in South Carolina and arranging the move from storage to new home.
Working with Tom and his contacts with Atlas was a breeze and really took the anxiety out of moving. Atlas driver and delivered was wonderful to work with.

Using Pasadena Moving and Storage was a fantastic and stellar experience. I wasn't ready at all to begin with, but I knew I had to get the process going because I knew moving from pasadena to San Francisco was going to be difficult. After speaking with Tom, all my anxieties vanished.
Tom explained everything in detail, beginning to end. Tom coordinated my move by initially coming out for an estimate. I had 2 other moving companies come out before PMS and I'm glad I went with Tom's advice. I tried an online quote, but a deposit was needed to just schedule a date and time. I didn't feel comfortable. After all, it is my stuff. I still refer anyone I know that is moving to call Tom. It's worth your money!!!
All I had to do was write a check and get out of the way because everything was taken care of. Really!!! Isn't that nice ?!?!
The most convenient aspect of it all is being able to access storage as I looked for a place in the bay. Call Pasadena Moving and Storage and ask for Tom.

Tom and his team at Pasadena Moving were professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. I appreciated the communication -- Tom himself picked up the phone every time I called (no menus or bots!). He was flexible about my timing and the team that arrived on moving day were equally great to work with. They all really made the moving process as minimally stressful as possible. I won't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone undertaking a move.

Tom went over and above to accommodate me and I was in a real pinch with moving out of state. His crew was courteous and efficient and Tom is honest, communicative and accommodating.

Pasadena Moving & Storage was a great company to work with in organizing and executing a 2 day move from Pasadena to Newport Beach. All the guys were very conscientious and courteous! Extremely helpful with the large, bulky, odd shaped but fragile items that needed to be boxed like lamps, large faux plants, large artwork. They swooped in and took care of it all! They finished on time and left the empty house picked up, swept, pretty darn clean! Next day they arrived on time to start the load in to new place. Worked hard and efficiently all day! Thanks to everyone on my job… I would highly recommend for your next move!! AND to put the cherry on top, about a week later Tom sent me an email letting me know the final cost was a little more than the original estimate, which he was not comfortable with so he was sending me a good faith refund of $675!! Definitely not expected but it was certainly appreciated! Tom and the guys are the best, THANKS!!

Pasadena Moving and Storage has done 3 jobs for me and each time has been fantastic! On time and professional. Tom is easy to work with and very accomodating. The men that are the movers are very nice and good at what they do! Shout out to Juan, Carlos, Albert and Luis! Good Job to all!

Pasadena moving and storage arrived right on time. I can’t believe how quickly the movers packed up our home! They were extremely thorough and careful with my belongings. When we arrived at the new house, they did not seem in a rush to put everything down and leave, they stayed to help when we needed help putting things away. This is a first rate company and I was extremely happy with my experience

I highly recommend Pasadena Moving and Storage. Tom provided exceptional service and was flexible when my schedule changed unexpectedly. He is a man with a heart, just as he presents.His movers were neat, careful and professional. Even my most precious pieces arrived in one piece. On the final delivery, after 3 months of storage, a team of two efficiently unpacked in a short time, led by Mario Anthony Guitron who was especially organized and careful in the delivery and inspired confidence that he knew his job and performed it well.I would not hesitate to use Pasadena Moving and Storage again.

Pasadena Moving & Storage is AMAZING!! They helped my mom move from her home of 45 years in Arcadia to OC. Tom, the owner, came out before the move to assess my mom’s belongings and gave a fair quote. The day of the move everything went smoothly. These guys work hard and treat your items like they were their own. One of the movers has been working for this family-run company for over 20 years and is still positive and happy with his job!That says a lot! They took their time to wrap everything carefully, no damaged or broken items! A++ all the way!! Highly recommend!!!

Friendly, professional, and careful with our boxes. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and organized our boxes thoughtfully during drop off. Also, very helpful with any extra questions we had. Our furniture doesn't show any signs of wear from the 2 years we had it in their storage. Looks exactly how we left it. Highly recommend their services.
