The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process really quick and easy. Prices were cheaper than many other areas that I called and no there was no hidden fees. Definitely recommend this spot if you need fingerprinting done efficiently and stress-free. Michelle was excellent at her service.”
“I can't thank Kay and Bryan enough for their professionality , helpful attitude and their work ethic under pressure. I was sent from the San Gabriel office who just cancelled my appointment that I had booked 3 days ago . They were super busy my passports services were not easy and they took me in, they did everything top notch and Kay probably revised everything more than 4 times to ensure perfection. I am so grateful I was sent to this office and from now on It will be my go to!

“Terminal Annex was the central mail processing facility for Los Angeles from 1940 to 1989.
The Mission Revival and Spanish Colonial Revival building, which was designed by Gilbert Stanley Underwood, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
It was built to process all incoming and outgoing mail in Los Angeles. Underwood sought to keep the building's design in keeping with Union Station. The lobby includes 12 WPA murals painted by Boris Deutsch during 1941 to 1944.”

CONS: parking is annoying, if you go at the wrong time it CAN get super slow because there's only like 2 windows
But I don't know, to me the pros outweigh the cons, especially with how notorious USPS is with having rude customer service. This location is kinda serene and has nice workers usually haha.”
“I had a very positive experience at this United States Postal Service office in Alhambra. The office was clean and organized, and the staff were professional and respectful from the moment I walked in. Even though it can get busy, the employees handled everything efficiently and kept the line moving smoothly.
I especially want to thank Daniel for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Daniel took the time to answer all my questions clearly and ensured everything was handled correctly. It is rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and creates such a welcoming atmosphere.
Because of employees like Daniel, this USPS location stands out from many others. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude shown during my visit. Highly recommended office if you are looking for reliable and friendly service.”
“After failing to find my packages in my mailbox for quite some time, I went to the front desk for assistance. I was advised to purchase a P.O. box, which I did; however, my packages were still missing.
When I returned today, an absolutely wonderful staff member—a woman named Kamal—helped me out. I panicked because a package delivered today contained medication, and although I overreacted, she handled the situation with great understanding. She contacted the person who had delivered the box to inform him of the issue—a man named Mark—and he immediately met me at the mailboxes to assist me. He was incredibly understanding and patiently demonstrated, step-by-step, that my key was actually opening the wrong box. It turned out my previous shipments—and everything else—were right where they belonged. Given how stressed and agitated I was today, I was extremely pleased and grateful to encounter two employees who were so helpful and understanding.

“The standard experience of a USPS Post Office visit ranges from tolerable to downright awful (my worst experiences being in NYC), but I have never had a better experience than the Lincoln location. There’s something about the culture of this office that the staff are courteous, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, truly give a damn and go out of their way to help. There was an older gentleman (who retired in December) who was wonderful and his replacement is just as good. If only all USPS offices were this good. Thank you guys, you give us hope!”
“Went in for passports for me and my kids. Right away they asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. Told me to stand aside and not wait in line. Then we got greeted by the best, Jeff. He was friendly and we got the best customer service ever. I was hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews but trust me it was not bad at all. The process was smooth and he was so kind to me and my kids. Definitely recommend!”
“I go to this location in Pasadena only because I like seeing Junior and I trust him with my transactions. Trust is the most important aspect for a customer and he has earned my trust as a representative of the USPS. Trust can be of short supply these days and he continues to earn it. All these years I've never lost a package and I ship a lot. Also, he knows other customers by name and everyone in line is happy to see him! Not all customers are right in the head though. I've seen self entitled customers become completely belligerent because they didn't get what they demanded even though it wasn't even sensible. I've seen him help direct these crazy customers nicely even when they are being completely disrespectful to him. Junior is awesome and he deserves a raise! I will be a loyal customer with the USPS because of him.”
“My mom had put a stamp which was worth twice the rate of a regular stamp and was sad when he made me pay for another stamp..I thought is was a regular stamp but it wasn't so I didn't notice and he should have! I paid him more money to send my mom's mail and he should have looked at the stamps value and not charged me. He also asked me to return a letter that was put in my mailbox addressed to a different address completely and a different name to my Post Office..I told him the mail man had delivered twice to my house! I said send it to the correct house I don't want to drive to another PO. He finally agreed to take it. Why should it be my problem. I had put it in the outgoing mail after getting it in my mailbox with the flag up and my stupid mailman just didn't even look at it and put on my mailbox again!!! Didn't even look to see the address was a different street, number, and name!!! So why ask me to any more than leave it at ANY post office? So d**** Not my problem. It was someone else's gas company bill. Sheesh!!!”

“This is my local post office and have always had a good experience. I do see the sign on the door regarding being closed at lunch and have been lucky that I have never showed up at that time. All the times I have come service has been quick and the workers polite. Here are the latest posted hours for collection times if you want to drop something off in the box, even if the main mailroom is closed.”

“It's hard to find a good post office in LA but this one for sure will be my goto! Security is so tight at the door which may upset people but if you can look past that then this is one of the cleanest, quickest post offices I have been to in the city. It's located in the federal building making it nice location and I appreciated the service I got”
“This is one of my go to post office locations when I am visiting family every couple months.
The city of South Pasadena finished their last phase in landscaping the remaining grassy area in the south side by the public parking lot.
Fun Fact:
They built a 100% California native, drought tolerant demonstration garden. Selected plants that are naturally suited to the hot and sunny weather while also supporting pollination and providing food and shelter for wildlife.
Plantings will have color at different times of year, and include Cleveland Sage, St. Catherine’s Lace Buckwheat, Toyon, a ‘Desert Museum’ Palo Verde tree, among other plants.”

“Postal Services in Sierra Madre, Los Angeles, California...We had just finished breakfast nearby when I asked my friend, Hannah, if there was a post office nearby. She pointed and said that there was one right around the corner! Yay!Sierra Madre's post office is cozy, calm, and mellow. I felt like I was in a safe, small, quaint country town. I parked in the back of the building and walked in the building from the side door.Other people parked in the front, on the street, and walked in the front door.It wasn't crowded, so, I walked right up to the letter slot, tossed my postcard in, and left.Easy as pie!”
