Horrible customer service. No patient was there but wouldn’t take walk in

I made an appointment for 10/27/23 at 8:30 am. When I checked in the system said no appointment made. So I waited in the lobby as a walk in. I was waiting in the lobby with another person waiting as well There was no other persons with appointments. We could hear the employees in the back talking and laughing. During this half hour of waiting, the other person and I could have been seen. The customer service at this location is terrible.

Cannot be seen unless you have an appointment. Customer service is lacking here and there’s not much they can do to help you. There’s also little to no desire to help you either. Super disappointing experience and would not recommend this location unless you’re able to get an appointment. Good luck.

This place is a nightmare, TONIA SMITH who works there has the worst work ethics - I did a walk in, was told that blood test is by appointment only. I immediately made a call to make an appointment for 10 am. I waited for 1.5 hour, when the time came, even without any other patients being serviced, Tonia Smith purposefully ignored me, without giving any reasons why she couldn't perform the work. Waited till 10:30, still nothing from her. I am so mad about this extremely poor customer services from Quest! Is this person doing this based on race? Or something else? It really bothers me as a patient who simply just want to get a simple blood test done! How can you trust this company to perform any test on your blood with this kind of poor customer service and no respects to people whatsoever!

Very poor customer service. 1 star for lab tech Ma****a.The blood draw didn't hurt but customer service is non-existent. I had an appointment but apparently I checked in wrong. This girl was very condescending and was talking over me. There are people that talks to you nicely but this girl seems like she was born devoid of niceness. I finally got called in and then she asked me threateningly whether I want my blood to be drawn or not because she didn't like the look on my face. She doesn't know what transpired from our first encounter up until that point. I was telling her that it's not her, yet she still continues to talk over me. Finally, I said that she doesn't have customer service skills. I think she said customer service starts with the customer, and she's very busy she doesn't have time for it?. Quest, what have you been teaching your employees?!?

This place is horrible. The lady who works here (curly haired lady) was extremely rude and purposely made me wait as a walk in patient even tho I had an appointment. She even came out and call out my name and then proceeded to say that was not for me.

Lady with gagued earlobes was really nice and did a great job doing my blood draw I had an appointment with quest in alhambra but the short girl that works in the alhambra location said "uhh i dont know. we cant take u today i guess, try some other time" so i asked her if i should goto the one in san Gabriel instead and she told me that "nowhere accepts walkins" even though all quests do? anyways i walked into this location in san gabriel and they took me in within like 2 minutes lol

Be prepared to wait about 2 hours if you don’t have a appointment , they have 1 technician .

Went to get my blood test.... first off, the building is completely unmarked and hard to find. Secondly, the single person working the desk is dismissive and rude. I would recommend other location, but not this one.

Only one lady to host and do labs, which has me sitting here for an hour and half and still no service! 30 minutes before they close! Why would you take on customers and there is only one lady in the office?? Dumbfounded!! Still waiting!!

this location is garbage. first of all they NEVER answer their phone, i actually dont think this is an option. which is, needless to say, STUPID AF. so my poor mom has been here 3 times already to submit a lab secrement sample & she STILL has not submitted the sample.. so as result, her referring GI Dr who needs these samples, doesnt have anything to work with so she's had to reschedule his appt THREE times already.like this company should be ASHAMED the rude af staff work here.my poor mom is 80 years old & does not speak english. the staff has told her more than once that they can not register "for her" on their ipad.like what does it cost them to do this "favor"??? they'd rather let her stand there feeeling like an idiot, or worse, ashamed that shes not tech savvy & an english speaker??first time the rude af worker didnt give my mom the pan you clip over the toilet in order to catch the stool. ummm the stool is not to touch the toilet water so how tf can the sample be correctly collected?so my mom is struggling like cray.. smh ;/she takes this smeared up mess & is told that it is not fresh enough SMFH so why tf wasnt the shelf life explained to her the first time? SECOND time she goes is her bad, we'll admit, but she messed up by forgetting what the non-rude worker said about the shelf life of FROZEN stool... so my mom goes a THIRD time ONLY to ask this question cuz they NEVER EVER EVER answer the damn phone !!! & my mom said that the worker was NOT FRIENDLY nor PROFESSIONAL & was rushing the session..so my poor moms going next wk to drop off the sample & i still have to re-schedule the appt w/ her referring GI Dr.this office needs an overhaul of their staff.the company also cuz not having the option to speak to humans is the most stupidest ridiculous thing ever.
