I had a great experience with Raymond. He was communicative and made sure to talk me through his plan for the repair (short-term and long-term) of my 2013 Subaru. I had been given a huge repair quote from dealer and he made essential repairs for a fraction of the cost based on his evaluation of the issues. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for someone they can trust and communicate easily with.

I've been coming here for about 8 years now, after my brother in law referred me to Raymond's shop. The best, honest, straightforward no nonsense and reliable mechanic there is. He's always accommodating with timing, highly knowledgeable, and very reasonable with pricing.

Moving to a new city has many upsides but also some drawbacks: one of the main ones is finding a reliable, no-nonsense mechanic that doesn't overcharge you or take advantage of your lack of expertise.I needed to get a regular oil change and a general check-up of my car and driving all the way down to Costa Mesa was not a feasible option.This is where Raymond comes in. He came highly recommended from a friend and truly he met my expectations. He was attentive and upfront from the beginning, stuck to what I requested of him, and aby extra services, he thoroughly explained beforehand and did clarify that they were optional and did not need immediate attention.Because of his honesty and willingness to work with me, I went ahead and got the extra fixes required. He even found a tiny noise that had been bothering me for a while that no one else had been able to spot. His prices were also more than reasonable. Will definitely be back for any extra service in the future!

I've been coming to Raymond for everything related to my car for about 4 years and counting. He was recommended to me by an old co-worker and I couldn't be happier. Raymond is very honest, prices are reasonable, and goes the extra mile whenever I bring my car in. He is accommodating and can fit me in his schedule on the same day or the next day for oil changes. I usually go to a boba place around the area to wait and Raymond will give me a call once services are done (and bring him back a Mlik tea!) Now my whole family brings their cars to him for service.

First time coming and let me tell you I'm a women so men do take advantage i had another mechanic tell me my car needed new breaks and rotor. I came in he recommended it was not to be done yet until another 5,000 miles which i was shocked and checked my whole car without me asking and pointed out other issues ! Which i total appreciate that many won't take out their time to check only do what needs to be done ! Coming back every time for my car needs

Oil change and replace both of real brake pads and service /polished rotors as well. Professionally done and fast and price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.
