San Gabriel Superstore is a combination supermarket and indoor swap meet that has been around for a long time, offering a sense of nostalgia and time travel back to the eighties and nineties. The supermarket provides everything needed for Asian cooking, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese items, with a wide selection of vegetables, meats, and exotic produce at low and affordable prices. The meat and refrigerated sections are well stocked. While prices are competitive and there are promotions, some items like milk are not cheap and are not very competitive compared to other supermarkets. The quality of products ranges quite a bit. The layout includes many small shops and boutiques outside and inside, selling all sorts of things like clothing, batteries, and food, though these boutiques can be pricey. There is a food court and a barbecue shop outside where you can eat. However, the floor can be messy, the bathroom dirty, and there are noted scams. The business is not as good as it used to be and feels a bit declining.
Some stores are closed, and the changed the lay out of place. Boutiques are pricey, sometimes it's funny how a no name jogger set will costs $120.

February 2025
The shop was good but the floor was messy and the bathroom was dirty and way too many scams there like their easy open coconuts cause the coconuts were rotten.
