They said I needed an appointment and pick up only. Just to see the store. They don't have a website or a phone # to make an appointment. It looks like any other beauty store.

Disgusting and horrible staff. Wouldn’t let me in and said I needed an “appointment” when I clearly saw a person waltzing in like it was nothing. I had a hijab on and they refused to let me in talking about some sort of “appointment”. My friend wanted to come in and they let her in like no big deal! No appointment or nothing! The staff were so rude when I was talking with them too. I have never been refused service because of my hijab, but this is the first one that has. While I was looking inside of the store, the products looked old and were collecting dust too. This business doesn’t appreciate costumers, so don’t give it costumers because it will reject service for them too. Do not visit this store if you want to be declined service by rude people living in the 1800s.

Awful place. I was talking with an employee and she said that they only take appointments only and for pick up, but I noticed that people were let in without a word and bought things as usual. But why would you need an appointment for some chips? The employees were so rude and pushy and were hiding behind a door while talking to me. They also even walked away from me when I told them that I wanted to make an appointment!I realized I was rejected service by this place just because of my skin color. There are so many racist employees in this plaza. This is the first time I was rejected service because of my skin color. I’m outraged because of this place and I’m advising you not to come and support such a racist place that will probably reject service for you too.

I thought it was great, reasonable prices and good sales, no one followed me around like other reviews said - on the contrary, the girl was super friendly, asked if I needed help and then left me alone. Everything I bought was fresh and they had new stuff from style nanda, 3CE and a few other rare things.Just wish they had more brands...but otherwise awesome experience!

They follow you around as if your gonna steal. And I was super upset when I get home and realized I was sold old product. Because the cream was dried out. So I ended up paying a lot of money to be extremely disappointed. So yourself a favor don’t shop here. The product was from 2016 and were in December of 2018 when I bought it.
