The absolute rudest people I have ever encountered at a service based business. Everyone there acts like they have been condemned to work there, never a smile, always a condescending attitude, disguised as helpfulness, the place sucks the oxygen out of you the minute you walk in.

I visited this UPS store the last two days, it's a busy store. Both days I received excellent service, they were able to help me with my question and help me send out my packages. I certainly recommend this UPS store.

This UPS store is open 7 days a week and stays open late during the week. I use it frequently and have never had to wait long. The staff can be a bit blunt sometimes but young guys are always friendly and they all get the job done!

UPS hasn’t delivered to our neighborhood for over 2 weeks, so I had to come here to pick up my package. The old guy working there was SUPER rude acting like he owned the world and treating me like I was his enemy. He straight-up grabbed my phone without asking and took it away. And instead of finishing looking for my package, he just ignored me and started helping someone else. This is beyond ridiculous.

Yes just like others the older Asian lady super rude very unpleasant and no professionalism. Last time I ever go there I'd rather drive to not go there ever!!!

The woman argued with me about the packaging to return the bags. The bags are fine she just kept arguing that I needed to use the opened bags to return stuff, then she became passive-aggressive and dropped my packages on the floor. Poor customer service and experience

The woman was so rude and tried arguing with me for 5 minutes on the package. I told her that I packed it under amazon’s guidelines, then she told me that she doesn’t care about it anymore and that it was between me and amazon. Which should have been the mindset in the beginning. Don’t come here unless you want an employee to argue with you pointlessly and waste your time!

You want to do a thing, and the employee just does it for you. It's quick and easy and they're nice. It is also not very busy.

I came here for two Amazon returns and was concerned because of the low ratings.
However, the lady here was very helpful and taped my packages for free.
I recommend this store.
Btw- they have green 20 min parking out on the street for quick access.

I requested packing service and insurance coverage for 6 expensive shipments. The employees did a terrible job packing adding zero to minimal material inside the boxes. Then the boxes arrived with my equipment damaged, and the store would not cover my insurance claim because they wrote my receipt in such a way that said that I was the one who packed the boxes.
The manager refuses to accept any responsibility for her employees lack of integrity in the matter.
Beware of this store, they commit major fraud, and as of right now I'm out about $4000 worth of damages to my equipment.
