“Today I brought my dog to this clinic because she had been scratching and biting at a skin condition, which unfortunately led to an infection. During the visit, she also received her rabies vaccine and her annual core vaccinations. Sherryl at the front desk, the Chinese-speaking nurse, and the male veterinarian were all incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. We actually live quite far away from this hospital. Four years ago, we brought our dog here for her puppy vaccinations, but afterwards we mostly visited clinics closer to home for convenience. Unfortunately, many of those clinics either seemed more interested in charging unnecessary fees or had very poor attitudes toward clients. In the end, we decided it was worth driving an hour to come back here, and we’re so glad we did. Excellent service, trustworthy staff, and a caring team. The long drive was absolutely worth it, and we highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinary hospital that genuinely cares about pets and their owners.”

“I never leave reviews but I had to for this veterinarian office because I had such a good experience. I took my duck in for a swollen foot and was worried that I would have to wait a long time and spend a bunch of money since she is considered exotic, boy was I wrong. I made an appointment the day before and only waited about 15 mins when I arrived. The staff was SUPER friendly and understanding. I didn’t feel like I was pushed any procedures and I felt very comfortable. Every single person i talked to really seemed liked they loved their jobs and it shows!!! I highly HIGHLY recommend this office! 10/10, 5 stars. I will be using this vet office for all my pets now.”

“Excellent doctors, sweet nurses. Help my dog with sickness. They are not the cheapest place, but they are very caring veterinary professional. Always willing to schedule me in to see a vet or nurse depending of case, If dog or pet not too sick maybe got to wait a day or so but if dog is really sick one can depend on them, like said , 4 stars to me is like a B+++ to A- rating 5 is perfect and no vet is perfect right so I cannot give 5 stars. 4 is beyond and above average vets and I been to bad ones that cheat and trick you when you need their help . St Francis is honest and caring. Thank you veterinary doctor and their sweet nurses. Much love to you guys they work hard , again not the cheapest out there.”

“The care for my most recent visit was really good. I brought my very fearful pup in a stroller. Even though she was sedated she was shaking. The tech accommodated us and even took my pup in the stroller into the back to receive services. When I returned an hour later... she was laying down calmly. Huge progress! Every one is great. I need to get the names of the reception folks they are great too. I don't remember the name of the tech this last time she was great too. My dog Ethel was the calmest I've seen her at the vet. What I appreciated most is empathy.”

“brought my small Chihuahua to Animal Medical Hospital because she wasn’t feeling well. I want to say that the staff was absolutely nice to both me and my dog. They gave me antibiotics and clear instructions, and I followed everything they told me. My dog improved within the first week, and I was very happy with how well she responded to the treatment. Her first visit was $233, and a recheck was optional and cost $49. Just a heads-up to ask about the cost of a recheck when making your appointment so you know what to expect. Overall, I’m very thankful for the care my Chihuahua received. The treatment worked, the staff was kind, and I feel that I received good care for the money. I would definitely recommend them. ❤🐾”

“Brought in two dogs in for a spay and neuter. I asked Dr Vasquez if the incision was going to be large on my female because my dog had gained weight and was pretty rotund and I was worried that she would have a ten inch incision like my last dog. He immediately answered: “the incision will be appropriate for the surgery”. A very smart answer! The incision ended up being really small, like less than two inches in my 35 lb dog. The office is modern and bright, exceptionally clean, and the team there is courteous, excellent and the office is efficiently run. Had to wait for check in and pick up but had an interesting time chatting with the other clients and their pets.”

It sometimes gets extremely busy and I marvel how the receptionist manages to answer the seemingly never-ending phone calls, schedule appointments, greet pet owners, assign rooms, wipe up dog messes, and magically stays organized, friendly, and efficient. I would be overwhelmed to be honest. Yes, it gets extremely busy sometimes and you have to stay on hold for a while when you are on the phone, but I’ve seen her in action in the office a lot of times and am amazed how she handles everything.”

“Honestly can not recommend enough, had gone to park community animal hospital prior and it was a fiasco. Had came here and one visit is pretty much all it took. My German shepherd is feeling like a puppy again and is back to jumping into my arms even tho he is 16 years old. And now I had to recently take my other German shepherd for a similar skin condition and omg he is healing and doing better but not quite there yet. But this place and the staff are just the best, super up front, HONEST!, such an amazing crew and I can't recommend enough, please try them out but respect one another. They really know what they are doing and it is so appreciated God thank y'all!”
