Review is for the pharmacy only. Refused me my prescription because my insurance was out of network, I offered to pay out of pocket, but then was denied again based on a lie that they weren't allowed to fill prescriptions from providers out of city. Not state- city. Have some integrity. I know there's a stigma around ADHD prescriptions as of late, but not all of us are "junkies" trying to score our next hit. Some of us need it to function at a baseline that normal people do.

We have been going to this corner store for years but now unfortunately do not feel right going there anymore. My husband brought me a Christmas gift card from this Walgreens and I tried to redeem the card via my phone.error showed .. card invalid.... My husband kept the receipt and proof of purchase. Took the invalid gift card back to Walgreens. Walgreens had invalidated alot of their gift cards BUT left them on the shelves . My husband tried to resolve the problem on the phone .. spending 3 hrs and driving back and forth. No good results since he paid cash there is no leverage. Walgreens and Apple blame each other and in the meantime my husband is OUT $100. Something that was supposed to be a caring loving Christmas gift -became a miserable nightmare and a LOST of $100. Really really sad to be taken advantage of from 2 BIG companies. Seems this is the case today for hard working consumers.Please BEWARE the next time you get a GIFT CARD from Walgreens. The manager TOLD us it's NOT their responsibility. It's JUST our LOST $100.

I booked a booster appointment today for my child last week, we arrived there 5 minutes before appointment time, were asked to be wait though no people in front of us. We waited since we had time. About 6-8 minutes later an Asian female pharmacist came to us and said without any smile that she tried to call my cell phone this morning but I didn't answer, she wanted to inform me that this location didn't have any children booster available though I made appointment successfully on Walgreen official website. I was completely shocked and showed her my cell phone that I didn't get any calls this morning, even this noon: "You even can check my phone and see if there was any missed calls please". She refused to check and even didn't look at my phone(I felt she was trying to avoid eye contact with me). I asked her to call me now to check if it's the right number: and my phone rings... obviously she didn't call me at all, and when we came for booster on time, she was thinking about how to ask us to leave. Horrible place and non professional at all, LIARS. I didn't know how to explain to my 6 years old. Try to avoid this location if possible.

Just don't come for drive through covid test. Been here many times and probably my last time here. It takes an average of 20-25 minutes per car and all the time it was because the workers were super slow. I went all different time and all the same. Most of the time I don't see customers waiting inside.

This review is mainly for the pharmacy. I scheduled my booster shot here. My appointment was at 2pm. I came around 1:50pm to check in. The appointment document said I would probably be here for an hour. The pharmacist progressed my appointment by 1:58pm and asked me to take seat and wait. There were 3 others sitting and waiting for their shots so there were no other seats. But they were nicely spaced at least. So I just hung out in the aisle and waited. About 8 minutes later, one of the pharmacist hands you a document to sign. She stated that it would take another 15 minutes because they needed to make the vial? I'm assuming reconstitute it. After receiving the shot, they ask that you wait for 15 minutes before leaving. I ended up leaving at 2:30pm. So it was pretty accurate to say you would spend about an hour here. They give me a $5 off $20 coupon after the shot but I couldn't find anything I truly needed. I also wanted to get some mouthwash but noticed their stock was very little and didn't have the ACT brand I was looking for. So I guess I'll head to target instead. Overall, not a bad experience with getting shots here. Just wish they had more supplies for items on their shelf.

If you're going there for covid drive-thru testing, I highly recommend you go someplace else. I agree with the review by Faeo W....the pharmacy people hate their job and life. They are super rude. The results take forever to come in. She dropped my vial on the floor when handing it to me and it fell in a puddle and she just stared at me. I suggest you go to Rite-Aid instead. They are super easy and I have never had any issues with them at all. I still haven't gotten my results for Walgreens and when I log into the portal, it says my specimen wasn't receive. It's been 48 hours! This place is a joke.

Pharmacist here hate their jobs because they ladies at the counter are all rude when speaking to customers asking for help or more info. Super disappointed with the customer service and the tone of voice i got from both female pharmacists today. They lack manners and empathy for the customers. Maybe they are overwhelmed, over worked or something else but dont be impolite to customers while at work. Just go take a break or a day off for your mental health and others. Terrible experience! Alice and Dao were their names!!!

I last visited this store on Tues, Dec 7th for an order pick up. I placed an online pick up order late afternoon on Monday and was quickly contacted that my order was ready for pickup. Everything was going smoothly, I got an email for me to check in and input an estimated time that I was going to arrive in the store. When I arrived and parked outside the store, I got a text stating that my order was picked up. I low-key panicked because I was like OHH shoot, someone stole my pick up order (ya girl just wanted her candy for her gingerbread house lolol). So I hurriedly went straight to the Photo Counter for my order as instructed by the emails. I waited in line with around 3 or so people in front of me. By the time it got to me, the staff member told me that my order was at the front Register. I was a little peeved because I was instructed with wrong directions and had to wait in another line (meanwhile still panicking inside about my picked up order). So I went to the other line and waited again. This staff member was confused about my order. Apparently the lady who worked before him (and who had just gone on break) had scanned out my items and he was confused as to where my bag was. I really didn't appreciate my order being marked as picked up before I even arrived to the store. The store needs to better handle this so they don't confuse customers (and make us panic for our stolen candy LOL). Also, I'm not sure if this is just an online Walgreens corporation kind of thing, but please give the correct pick up instructions. If it's stated that the order will be at the Photo Counter, please have it there and vice versa. Overall, not a pleasant experience. May come back for the convenience of location but not looking forward to that later on.

This is a review for their Pharmacy. Horrible customer service. Representatives are super slow and seem miserable. Rude staff; simply don't care about service. They don't greet you, don't say thank you, don't seem like they have any social skills whatsoever. Would never use this pharmacy ever. Only came for CoVId shot and would not recommend. Have been to other pharmacies and would recommend Vons Pharmacy, CVS or any other place. Don't come here. I never write reviews unless it's really good or really horrible. This place is really horrible.

Not helpful. Seemingly dishonest about when they received my doctor's prescription. (I was on the phone with doctor when script was faxed but an hour later when I showed up they said they had just received it.) They completely close down for lunch? At a chain pharmacy? To top it off they were fifteen mins late returning from lunch. All of them. Shuffling in as a line of people waited. And their counters and monitors are disorganized and visibly dusty. Not much motivation going on here.

The Pharmacy here is horrible. Came in for covid vaccine, there no one in line, the pharmacist after checking me in, waited around l, get all their chats and things done (I waited for 45 mins to get my vaccine)! I decided to go to Vons Pharmacy and I was in and out in less than 3 mins + the 10 mins time you need to sit there after the shot l. I will never come back to this pharmacy again.

Pharmacist Alice W. made elderly patients wait for Covid vaccine instead of looking for vaccine record online. Elderly patients were trying to protect themselves and she was not concerned about that showing a lack of empathy. Poor service and poor pharmacist.

DO NOT I mean DO NOT develop photos in this location. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I develop film in this location and they just lost the digital and basically I'm screwed. Go to a professional photo place. Let them just do the pharmaceutical thing at their best not photo printing!

The people were nice but the floor is disgusting, there's dust everywhere, hairs everywhere, stains on the floors. I had to come get my vaccine & I regret making my appointment here. The place felt very dirty not clean as it should. I would suggest they either hire someone to clean or make it part of their work routine. Unacceptable for a pharmacy where people come in and out for medicine
