“I went in to this post office today needing help sending a package to a loved one overseas. Demetria did a wonderful job explaing the proccess of how long it would take to get there as well as how to track it. She made the experience really easy for me and I hope to have her help me again. More people with her work ethic and level of care should be hired. Overall a wonderful experience and stellar customer service. Thanks again Demetria.”

Post Office after reading some of the reviews, but my whole outlook changed after I visited. The agent who helped me fill out my Passport Application was thorough and helpful the entire time.
She was nice but a little direct and firm during
the appointment so I can totally understand how someone could interpret that as her being rude or mean.
