I saw this on social media and wanted to share:
I went to the 7 Eleven at 691 South Sanderson in San Jacinto for some late night snacks and two large Big Gulp drinks. My son went inside to make the purchase, but when we tasted the drinks, they tasted bad with barely any syrup and mostly carbonated water.
My son went back in to exchange them for a different flavor since the Dr Pepper syrup was clearly out. The cashier refused, saying exchanges were not allowed. I went in myself and asked either for an exchange or a refund since the bad soda was not our fault. He still refused, saying if the drinks were small, he might consider it, but because they were large, he would not do anything.
After going back and forth, he finally said I could switch flavors this one time but never again. As I started refilling our cups with a different soda, he stood right next to me and kept confronting me about the issue. I took a photo of him and told him I might post it on my news page because of how he was acting.
That made him angry. He tried to block me from the soda machine and demanded I hand over my phone so he could delete the photo. He even threatened to call the sheriff. I told him to go ahead since taking a photo is not a crime. He kept pressuring me and even reached for my phone. I made it clear that if he touched me or my phone, I would report him. Only then did he back off and start recording me on his own phone.
All of this happened just because I asked for a working soda that I paid for. Nobody wants a drink with no flavor and only carbonation. This cashier was completely out of line and needs retraining in basic customer service. A paying customer should not have to go through all this over a simple drink exchange.

They don't have good service they just want your money spent, I don't mind if their talking their foreign language it's a free country, it's just when their grumpy I feel like they start telling each other things about you.

The clerks need to get their ears checked I went in and told them to put 5 on pump 10 but instead he puts 20 on 10 I don't care but c'mon I said 5 on ten
Idk if it cuz religious problems but I said 5 bucks.

Their customer service sucks! My kids went in for a free smoothie today 7/11 and they requested a specific smoothie and the guy continues to yell at them. One of my kids has a coconut allergy and asked for a cherry smoothie but then they ended up giving her coconut and telling her to leave the store.

SEMI-GROUCHY STAFF can be found at this 7-Eleven, they weren't intolerable but service could've been much better! The attendant was gesturing at people with attitude. Also, this location although newer and spacious is kind of odd. It took me a minute to locate the items I needed. I found the Slurpee area to be a bit messy. The machines were sticky and so were the cups and lids. This 7-Eleven is more of a "in-a-pinch" stop and is definitely not my favorite in the valley.
