While I was getting groceries this past Saturday I had a very unprofessional encounter when one of the cashiers on check stand number 4 around 8:25am, I believe her name was Anell (hard to get the name due to her being on her phone with her helper)I was trying to communicate with her as she processed my groceries but she wouldn't acknowledge me due to her priority being showing things off what appeared to be her personal phone to the person helping her bag my items. She laughed and laughed and continued to ignore the fact that I was there, I understand she doesn't need to have a conversation with me but at least akwknolwdge me as a customer. I'm pretty certain they have breaks and have time to be on their phones but honestly she should put the same effort she does into gossiping with co-workers to the paying customers of the store. We pay for a service and she didn't provide anything but she did accomplish make me feel like a idiot.

"Thank You to all the hard working people here at this staters market "... I phone ordered fried chicken 53 pieces order for my daughter's engagement party Saturday 6/25/22.. Ordered it in morning, picked it up at 11am.. MMM! The chicken was perfect! juicy and delicious! . love love love all staterbrothers markets, but this day I picked this store, and I'm soo very glad I did! I would like for Drea at Store #180 to be recognized for her outstanding customer service. I witnessed her come completely control herself as a customer was being more then rude to her. I did speak with her supervisor Marco and let him know as well. Thank you Drea for killing that rude bitter lady with kindness your a rockstar for that. There is still good people in this world.

Purchased some groceries and needed $50 cash back. I asked if I could get 5 $10 bills. Alaina A. hands me two $10 and rest in $5. I asked if there was any way she could ask another sales clerk because I really needed the $10 bills. She rolls her eyes and walks over to another clerk. Comes back with 3 $10 bills and one $20 bill. Great customer service Alaina. How hard is it to give $10 bills and she was just standing talking to bagger so she was not busy. Not happy customer!!!

Maggie was phenomenal! She noticed I was having a hard time finding baby formula because of the missing papers in the formula section. She read my cues and helped me out immediately! Thank you for being a good employee!

Never really had a problem with this location until 10/26/21 when my husband visited the ATM machine and failed to bring my bank card home (his fault he lost it). I discovered it the next morning and went to visit the stores lost and found hoping it was there... The lack of customer services and concern I received when I went into the store spoke with Matthew. I informed him of the situation, he was very reluctant and did not want to help me. (1) He first stated if the card was left in the machine, the machine would automatically retract the bank card back into the machine which in turn locks the machine and that's not a store problem. I would have to contact the machine owner. I posed a question" if someone retrieved it and turned it in,is there a lost and found? (2)He paused and stated something to the effect yeah the lost and found is up stairs I can go look once I get my line goes down. Ok I figured no problem I can wait there was only about 3 people in line but then I noticed the line continued to grow so I ask are you going to turn the light off on the register because this line is never going to go down (3) of course his answer was no and he gave a reason starting some store lingo ( concerning a bell ) as to why he couldn't turn the registers light off. I understood that customers need to be serviced (they shouldn't have to suffer for my husband's and I mistake). I should mention because he seemed so reluctant to help in-addition to being busy on the register I had a great idea perhaps the manager could help.. you know what came next...he stated she was on a break... well at least he didn't say I am the manager! Lol long story short I had to leave for work so I couldn't wait in uncertainty until the line went down...so I thanked him for his time and left...

I specifically ordered a cake to have strawberry filling picked it up and get to the birthday house well get to cutting cake and bam nothing and it decorated very lazy I called said they would refund with receipt ok great get a call back 15 min later oh we need the cake back also......... ummmmm no there isn't a cake left to bring of course people are still going to eat it cause they didn't know how I ordered it....... they said they wouldn't do anything without the cake back wtf....... paid extra for something I didn't even get and they will do nothing about...... If you order here triple check you cake

I had to try there tuna poke bowl it was 9.99$ not bad would never order it again. While I was waiting I walked to the back to get some fresh bay shrimp (those are the 250ct to a pound ) but it was mush that smelled so bad my cat wouldn't touch it. And the smell went to the trash. That's my second bad thing at that staters I've gotten. Your manager of the meat department needs to change because the meat is not clean. Horrible Staters Horrible. I go to Staters at least least 3-4 times a week and stay far away from state and Ramona expressway.Im adding to my yelp: Constance from Staters, I don't yelp for free stuff I do it to let people know the truth and isn't my 1 st time getting bad stuff from that stater bro's. And people that work there are not friendly at all. It all points to management wake up.

I want to say thank you very very much to Flor in the flower department she is AWESOME! There was very very few flowers up in the store as my daughter and I walked in looking for a bouquet of flowers for mother's day....we grabbed some flowers and sewn she had just completed a small arrangement of flowers I asked if she was not busy if she could put together an arrangement of flowers for us....she said, "yes I love putting them together"....we had a brief conversation as she was putting it together. As she was putting our arrangement together a man said to her I will have that there what your making please she said sorry this is for him....she told him grab some flowers and I would love to put them together for you. I thought wow this woman is a hero also "making beautiful arrangements for complete strangers so they can bring a beautiful gift home!" I wanted to give Flor a huge huge hug! (Dang pandemic) my wife loved the bouquet of flowers my daughter and I brought home that Flor made for us! She said it is going to be $price....priceless! Beautiful heart, wonderful spirit, awesome woman tour the beat Flor! Your also a HERO!

Firstly want to say that the store is very well kept. But the customer service definitely needs a bit of improvement. I have been to tons of Stater Bros and always great experiences but this location needs to step it up. Went in this past weekend and it was super busy, but a smile goes a long way.

When your waiting to be acknowledged at the meat counter and the meat department girl working there cares more about talking to her co worker about how busy it is today and wishing it was slower. Are whole interaction was pretty much how can I help you? And anything else? As She's walking away and I'm giving her more customer service by telling her to have and nice evening and thank you. I gave 2 stars cause my cashier was friendly (Sandy)
