The CVS located at the intersection of Cottonwood Ave, and Sanderson Ave, precisely at 102 S. Sanderson Ave, San Jacinto, CA, is absolutely the place for me.Everyone at the pharmacy is AWESOME!! Starting with Angel the pharmacist.Just like the oldTV show CHEERS, everyone knows your name at this place. Makes you feel at home.I absolutely recommend the place.

I was trying to return a knee brace from another CVS, with my receipt in hand. And was told that they do not accept returns from other CVS stores. Which sounds asinine to me. Then the Assistant Manager told me, "We can use our discretion with returns." Which sounds like straight out discrimination. I started to contact the corporate office and hire an attorney, because this isn't right! They should be ashamed of themselves.

This is a horrible pharmacy for prescriptions. It used to be good, but in the last few months, they have made mistakes on my husband's prescriptions every month. Their computer errors have caused us a lot of unnecessary calls to our insurance company to fix things. They are also very difficult to work with.

I hate to write a review on Walgreens off Sanderson and Stetson. But it's well overdue. I've been going to this pharmacy for quite some time. I'm ready to switch where I pick up my prescriptions because every time I go there the staff from this pharmacy are rude/ incompetent and treat their patients like criminals. Brenda is one of the pharmacy staff. She has the worse customer service. She has raised her voice when asked about medication status/ she goes behind the desk and talks about the patient and they all laugh right in front of your face. A patient should always be trea kindness and in a professional manner. We are not criminals because we are in pain. Stop punishing the sick and treating them like addicts. I suffer from severe pain due to 9 major surgeries, have nerve damage on both legs and my lower back pain stops me from living a quality life style. And the last thing I need is to be judged and feel like a criminal walking in to this pharmacy. No, I will not return to this Pharmacy ever. Until they start treating their patients with a little empathy and compassion.

I am so unhappy with this store. I have been coming over six years. I have been trying to get a refill on my Hydrocodone-Acetamin for over the pass six days.First I was told my Doctor never send in the order. From there I called my Doctor to find out He called the order in several times. That was the first lie . After two more days I went in to the store and again the PHARMACIST LOOKED ME IN THE EYE, stated again that my Doctor never called it in. So then she stated that the supplier was giving them the run around , So I said why wasn't I told that you didn't not have it in stock, She had no response. So I said cause you are getting the run around it ok for you to give me the run around.I stated to her all ask is to be honest with me. Just don't lie. After I left and went, home My Doctor sent another order, Then I get another text stated my meds would be ready, Today, Feb.10, 2022, 5.pm, Then I got another text stated my meds would ready at 8.05pm Feb.10, 2022.Now this was the BIG LIE YOU SEE THE STORE IS CLOSED FOR THE DAY at that time.So I sit here with out knowing when I will get my meds. There is something really wrong, Please fix it. Help.

Although I Live in Long Beach I have a Sister that just bought a house out this way and has a daughter that's been out this way for some time now. So I have had the opportunity to try coming by here a hand full of times. The store is clean the staff is nice. Good deals on some items otherwise it's a good stop off.

Filthy. No carts or baskets for months. Out of stock an many items. Some items locked up due to theft, but there aren't enough workers to unlock items you want to purchase. Parking lot area is getting worse each week. Nice cashier. Poor guy working alone. Pharmacy closes early, so can't even buy allergy meds. Why have "buy one get... deals" if you only carry ONE! Eye roll. Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

After being a customer with Rite Aid for over 25 years, I switched to this CVS in February 2021. I was trying to get lower prices & found out they could fill one medication not all pharmacies carry. I had a physical handwritten prescription for Norco & several other medications. The pharmacist said they did not have enough to fill my Norco prescription, they only had enough for the current customers. I was under impression it would get filled within the next month, I made multiple requests over 3 month. 2 weeks ago, I went to CVS to pick up some of my meds. I asked the girl helping me to fill the Norco. She said sure, it will be ready in 1 hour. I called to see if it was ready & the girl said no. Again I asked please fill it. She put me on hold & said they didn't have enough to fill the 90 pills. I asked how many do you have? Then the pharmacist got on the phone & said she will not fill it. They only had enough to fill the previous customers. I complained to the corporate office even! They have refused to fill it. The only reason is they are not filling Norco for new customers. I went to Rite Aid, Walgreens & multiple other pharmacies to see what their practices were & they said they would fill for a new customer. CVS obviously do not want new customers! CVS have hanging signs stating they want to make sure their customers get their medications. WTF!!!! Complete LIARS! DO NOT GO TO CVS! THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT PUT ANY VALUE IN THEIR CUSTOMERS!!I switched to Walgreens! They said they will fill my Norco! & they also can fill all my other medications!!
