“This is my first time ordering for my wedding/anniversary on May 31,2025 and Sylvia, the florist was so professional that she took a scheduled time to confirm what was needed even beyond store hours as it was too busy during the day.
She went beyond my expectations even gave an extra orchid for principal sponsor/parents to make them special.
All flower arrangements were special including in church, the bouquets..etc. will surely recommend her to my friends and relatives.

“So today was my seven year anniversary and I had ordered some flowers to be delivered to surprise my wife at work from another company, unfortunately that company canceled on me at the last minute and told me they were not able to refund my money right away. That upset me very much But I didn’t want to give up on my surprise so I looked for another flower shop and here I found this Flower business who Absolutely turned My day around I was able to order some flowers, same-day delivery, and the person I spoke with over the phone was very patient and kind they understood my frustration and was able to execute I will highly recommend this flower business for anyone who would love to purchase flowers. I called to inquire about ordering a casket spray for my Mom’s service. I talked to I believe it was Selene. She apologized and told me they were actually going to be closed on the date they mentioned. And then I guess she asked what I was trying to order (I think she was trying to figure out the best place in town to send me to for my needs).

When I explained, she offered to come in on a day when she did NOT have to work just to make sure my Mom’s casket spray was assembled and delivered!

This is the kind of service I feel like you just don’t get a lot anymore, and I am forever grateful to Selene for going above and beyond!

I don’t live in Hemet, but I can tell you, if I ever need to order flowers in town again, I will be calling Floral Expressions first!
