We have been taking my son to this location for about a year now. About 2 months ago we changed his hair style. I guess in the 3 times I came back with my son, they never updated his style in their notes. Over $60 of haircuts just gone.
My son had longer hair in the back and it was faded instead of leaving it alone. You could clearly see the style we were going after. Fade around the ears leave the top leave the back. Alma needs to do her diligence and ensure she has the right style before just shaving hair off. The management team needs to validate that their hair dressers are updating notes when there is any change.
The haircut was comped but the damage is done. It’s going to be really hard to trust this location ever again. Thankfully there are many other places to Try out.

Went to get a hair cut yesterday and the girl cut my hair so short NEVER AGAIN! I specifically asked for long layers and now my hair looks short above my shoulders I used to have long hair now it looks nasty!!! Don’t know who cut my hair didn’t even get a name I was so mad I tried to get out as fast as I can!

Jamie was so patient and gentle with my son, who has sensory sensitivities. She took her time, made him feel safe, and the haircut turned out amazing we will retire

Amy did so bad my son's hair is so choppy uneven never again had to ask if someone else can fix it ,update Giselle ended up fixing my son's hair way better now it went from one star to five star don't let Amy cut your hair

Okay hear me out
I was looking for a spot in town because ya girl wanted something convenient but it had to pass my vibe check so I did my little internet search looking at pictures and reviews and shit you know how it go and I decided to go to another salon before this one, and immediately the vibe was off, and Im a firm believer if it dont feel right and you spending yo hard earned money then follow your gut! So after standing/sitting in said salon for about 15 mins, a lady came for me to seat me, I politely told her I would have to come back (knowing I wasn‘t lol) and me and my money went out the door. And it wasn't about the wait at all bc I understand I was a walk in so I expected to wait probably longer than that, but it just didn’t feel welcoming and somewhere I wanted to be after an 8 hour graveyard shift, you feel me? So bammmm Im in my car now right back on the internet and was thinking okay I’m gunna call places before I go in based on a phone interview hehe and first place I called, NO ANSWER, so Im like cool you ain't getting my little change, NEXT place, ATTITUDE, cool cool NEEEEEXT. And Third call, Great Clips and the manager Alex (not 100% sure if I remember his name correctly and he told me twice, i just got horrible memory) he sounded like an angel, so I drove there and immediately I like him. He was so kind and gave me a handshake before I sat in his chair and we was chopping it up a bit and basically just like that he got a repeat customer and I gave him a fat tip bc I truly appreciated his service. moral of the story is trust my gut and go here! You wont regret it if you see Alex! (I really hope thats his name) he’s a manager there, I know because he gave me manager Vibes and I asked him. Much Love!!

I used to come here regularly. I’m not coming here anymore. I forget what her name was, but it was a female barber that cut my hair. she was a younger lady, so I could tell she was really inexperienced. She did not listen to the style i requested and instead she cut my hair her way. It came out really terrible.
