It was my first time at J&h and they looked over my vehicle and took it for a test drive. There was a lot of noise in the front end rattling when I go over any bumpy roads or up and down driveways. They showed me outside what the problem was and wave will take care of it that day and the repair was not that expensive and now my vehicle is quiet. I will be using them for my other needs because they are efficient and honest.

Very professional, clean and organized shop, reasonably priced, sent a detailed estimate with pricing conveniently via text, recommended other needed services without being pushy, the repaired AC functions better than when the car was new and they even dropped me off and picked me up from home. J&H Automotive will have all our future business. Highly recommended!

The good: nice people, clean shop, good location (for me, anyways).
The not so good: I provided details as to what I needed…..they chose not to focus on them; mis-identified reason for non working headlight (was told it was a burned out bulb and recommended a $500.00 job to replace both…..ended up being a burned out $25.00 socket taking 15 min. to replace…both bulbs were good.) Spent time identifying repairs I already knew about instead of focusing on my concerns.
I’m sure they are generally good at what they do….unfortunately, I just can’t keep affording to pay 2 separate mechanics to complete the original request.

The place is clean with a good atmosphere. The people are very friendly and they offered me a bottle of water. It didn't take them long to take care of my car and they also explained what they did and what they recommended that needs to be done with my car. I will start using them to service my car from now on. Good job guys. By the way the ladies are very friendly as well.

So this review is not about the quality of the work they do. Obviously people love it here and I wanted to try it out as i heard their mechanics are top notch. I brought my car in for a p0300 code and I'm greeted by 2 ladies in the front desk.
As i approached The lady with the orange hair gave me the worst freaking vibe (feeling) I have ever felt in a long time. And her reaction proved that as I asked to see the main mechanic and she started getting mouthy with me and sassy "Sir we have all our mechanics here" as she just stared into me and I just had a gut feeling just to leave and get away which I almost never get unless I'm around a evil, malicious person or straight out negative being. The other woman refused to even look at me once which is just freaking strange or talk at all while the lady with the orange hair and blue eyes just stared into my soul without blinking a single time raidiating this vibration of hate and negativity for absolutely no reason as i can feel it in the pitt of my stomach. I just tried to keep calm and friendly but I just said I'm gonna leave as i was extremely unnerved by this feeling i was getting from this single woman. I usually never have issues looking at people or conversing as I'm quite the confident guy and im very friendly to everyone i meet but man is she unnerving.
I'm sorry for the one star review again don't take it as I'm saying this mechanic shop is bad and the work they do is bad but just walking into a shop and getting sassed and mouthed alittle straight away is not a good look. Especially when I ask to see the mechanic.
Not a good look when you have a customer most likely gonna end up spending thousands in car repairs that they could of made. I'll look for a different shop.

You live you learn.
I had a front tire that went bad because of my alignment, so I went to a tire store and they informed me that my front tie rod's needed to be replaced, but they couldn’t fix it. I needed an oil change and saw that I could get one at J&H at a better price. Had them check out the tie rods and the squeaky noise in the wheels. Ended up with new tie rods, new rear brakes and an oil change all at a reasonable cost. These guys are very trustworthy they show you what’s wrong and you have the option to fix it and they’ll give you an estimate of cost. Don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else.

Jorge & Hector and Staff are the BEST!!!
Came in with my GMC Canyon cause AC was not blowing as it should and I suspected rodents had gotten into the blower but to my surprise they also made a nest in the cabin air filter. The guys cleaned it all out, replaced the blower and ran some disinfectant through out the vents and let me know that I’ll need tires soon. I love this kind of service, they make you aware of future issues so you can handle them before it becomes a problem.

I recently had my 2006 highlander in to have the timing belt replace. Hector answered all my questions. He gave me info on what needs attention and what needs to be addressed at a later date all with the issue of safety as a priority. Just moved to the area and feel relived that I have found my new mechanic. Very happy with the professional manor in the way I was delt with. The work was excellent a price was fair. I couldn't be happier.

Great place. Nice, new , and very clean! They did a complete diagnostic on my vehicle to try and figure out why it was overheating. Was expecting to replace a water pump but instead only had to have a few bolts tighted and replaced a faulty radiator cap. Saved me some serious money. Will definately take my veicles here in the futue!

J & H did an amazing job fixing our brake fluid leaking issue. It took them some time to figure out what it was as it was not a normal issue and they refused to give up. They finally found the issue in which break fluid was leaking into the brake vacuum area so you couldn't see any leak coming from under the vehicle and insteadbit was just pooling into this one area. We're so happy they didn't give up and fixed the problem. The price was fair and now we don't have to fear about our breaks going out! Woohoo!
