I went in with my wife to get her nails done and to get our manicure and pedicure after our visit once we noticed my wife's nails were done incorrectly. You were still able to see her nail through the nail and the French tip was done wrong and the paint started chipping fast and as for my thumb on my nail has a hole and has been painful the last couple of days and on top of that my nails weren't cleaned right I was still able to take all the dirty off my nail like if it was not cleaned at all. I'm really disappointed especially leaving a $20 tip as we left.

If i could not give them a star i would they where so horrible all bumpy and she got nail polish on my hand she was rushing it not taking anytime it was just so horrible that i literally went to another place the moment i left to have them redone immediately i highly suggest to not go there especially for a simple basic set i asked for a filling thats it

owner tried to lie straight to my face and say that it wasn't crooked .. put off gluing on a new nail not crooked to do some eye brows then still wanna argue that she could file it straight. enter with caution she's rude and don't like to be asked to fix her own mistakes. she will never get my business again or anyone else I know .

Looking for a nail salon since I'm new to the city ; I been seeing this salon & decided to give it a chance for a pedicure. First let me start off with it does not look pleasing at all but I was trying not to judge . It was one older lady in the shop available to be honest I don't even know amid anyone else works here anymore the reviews are so old but anyone I come in for a pedicure when I really should of walked out ( I'm not that bold) . She is nice gets the spa going ; usually the spa has like blue color ima assuming some disinfectant or something in it; hers is just water ; gets to doing my toes . Now let's talk about what that consist of. All she does is clip toe nails does not clean up cuticle area at all , calluses removal my main part( pretty much nonexistent. Throw some stuff on my feet and use an old metal pedi scrubber( the one that look like a grater) . Then a small massage with oil and that's it paints your toes and I was out. Not great ; this just let me know that we may not like to pay for the price of mani and pedi these days but it's not just that we are paying for service and I overlooked how good service is important . She didn't say a word the whole time and I think she just outdated on how nails have advance . I should have took a pic of the nail color option swatches . I do nails so I just was regretting every minute being inside the shop because I knew this was not a good look or feel. Also one nail she kept trying to file the top I had to tell her it hurts . Over all it was 45$ and yes I still tipped because I felt bad :( It's also a dollar extra to pay with debit or credit card ***IN CASE YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO READ THE REVIEW MY ADVICE IS GO TO ANOTHER SHOP**

I wanted to get my acrylics off because I've had them on for a long time so I wanted my fingernails to breathe for a week or so. The lady used a tool to pry them off and it broke my natural nails in the process. I was hoping to keep my natural long nails so she could paint them with gel nail polish. She clipped my nails, a quick buff, and threw on some clear nail polish (not gel) and charged me for a manicure. No lotion, no message just sore ugly fingernails. $35What a rip off!!! Nails are all Lopsided, layover is all bumpy not even smooth, & owner was rushing with doing my nails. I literally walked out before she made assistant put on clear coat & when assistant was going to I told no it’s okay I’m not happy with my nails & instead of telling owner she told me my total & didn’t even apologize or try to tell owner. Went to my car and literally cried, my partner went to tell them that I wasn’t happy and that I was crying and they handed her $20 back. I paid $50 for what? I now have to wait til tomorrow to get them removed :( and pay more $$ for someone else to do them.. never again will I come here!!Service: Acrylic nails

Nathalie is amazing! She did my nails almost identical to the reference photo I asked for. Nathalie was very kind and welcoming. She was gentle, precise and took her time. There was an older lady who attended my mom and also did a nice job. My mother and I were both pleased with our outcomes. This place definitely deserves a higher rating.

Horrible don't go there the owner will do half of work but over charge. Don't waste your money. Her props for nail can't be her work. A full set of nails will last you 3 days facts. Pass this place up it's not worth it.

Someone recommended Natalie to me. She took me for an appointment on the same day and was very nice. Very clean shop and tons of design ideas for nail art. I will be making this my new nail shop.

This was my first experience with this nail salon and I was not disappointed.. Natalie was amazing, she took me in as a walk in and sat me down pretty much as soon as I arrived I told her what I wanted and let her take charge of my bling and she did not disappoint.. I also loved that she took pride in her work! She didn't wait for you to tell her something was wrong she noticed it herself and fixed it.. she didn't give you attitude or say ur finger is crooked, lol.. my normal nail spot either are too busy and getting lazy to do designs or nails the way you want them because they are too busy... which sucks because rather than quality work they want quantity instead.. Natalie did not give me that I can't or don't know how attitude. She has lots of designs, bling, shapes.. I will definitely make this my new nail spot!!
