Had a box here since 2015. Never had a package or mail lost. Postal Annex has gotten much better over the years. The recently new owner's have cleaned it up alot and I enjoy coming here. All the employees are friendly and very helpful. I mainly encounter Josh who always has a smile, is very patient with a senior, and goes the extra mile. Ryan and Jessica are great as well. Thank you all for making getting my mailing, shredding, emailing, notary etc., services helpful and pleasant experiences each and every time. Looking forward to many more years of doing business with you all.

I walked in and was greeted very kindly by Jessica R. She was extremely patient and helpful! Any questions I had, she seemed very knowledgeable on and made sure I left knowing I got everything I needed done. I would definitely use this postal annex again in the future because of her!

Really nice store a lot of toys and knickknacks. Ryan and Christina were nothing but professionals. They were also very courteous and kind. They offer your notary needs shipping and label needs. They even had a nice conversation with my ex-girlfriend. They offer live scan as well.
