Rates continue to climb. No added value. Extra items very overpriced. Staff always on lunch or never around when you need them. At least that’s been my experience.

Id give this place ZERO, if i could. Staff is lazy, asked them to help me with the door shutting once and waited for over half hour to get help. SHE NEVER CAME! I ended up leaving my unit unlocked, BUT ANY OTHER TIME SHE'S ON THAT CART TELLING ME ITS BEEN OVER 20 MINUTES AND I HAVE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY OR ITS CALLED LOITERING. HAVNT BEEN THERE A FULL MONTH YET AND CANT WAIT TO GET THE HELL OUTTA THERE! SO I MOVED IN ONLY BECAUSE IT TAKES ME A LONG TIME TO DO CERTAIN THINGS, I HAVE METAL LEGS AND RODS THROUGHOUT MY BODY, (IM DISABLED ) DONT YOU KNOW THAT LADY GAVE ME AN EVICTION NOTICE BECAUSE I TAKE TOO LONG?! TALK ABOUT DISCRIMINATION!! I COVERED MY BASES. PLUS, SHE TOLD ME I HAVE 2 HRS ON PROPERTY WHEN I MOVED IN. SO, IF YOU HAVE PHYSICAL DISABILITIES, THIS ISNT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU. ALSO, THE RENT IS SKY HIGH, THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS GET WORKING DOORS THAT LOCK!! THERE ARE INTRUDERS AT NIGHT, WHO DONT BELONG THERE WAS WALKING ON TOP OF THE BUILDINGS AT NIGHT, I FELT UNSAFE, AND ANYTHING COULD'VE HAPPENED

Firstly, the staff is clueless while management is rude and not helpful. I would not recommend this place as the gate is always "glitching", and you will see people coming into the office to complain that the gate code is not working. Secondly the policies are set for their own benefit as you will have you take them to court for them to be reasonable.

Horrible schedule that only allows access from 9am to 5pm. Closed on Sundays! This is ridiculous, when you sign up, the website tells you that you can access from 6am to 9pm.

Carla was informative and kind. I use a walker and she was patient with me. She showed me a larger unit which enabled me to consolidate contents of two units and save me a consider amont of money as I live on a fixed income.

I want to thank ritespace storage for being there when I needed them,I needed a small storage and couldn't find one,they saved my life and had one for me.all climate controlled,and lite up. If your looking to store something I'd recommend this storage to anyone,ounce again thanj you ritespace.
