The Rite Aid in San Jacinto operates very well with friendly and customer service oriented people. The store has a good atmosphere and great prices, and is not overcrowded. Employees greet you at the door and there is no hassle at checkout. The pharmacy is very efficient, doing a good job helping customers find out when and where medicine is ready and if it is covered by insurance. The staff are kind and take time to listen and help. They are very friendly and get the job done no matter what the case, from the manager to the pharmacy technicians. The whole pharmacy staff was totally awesome for one customer, expertly administering a vaccination. The store runs very well and people never had a problem or an issue with anything.
