Used to be amazing when Joy owned it. Now not so great. They won’t take you if you an emergency even day time. I called to get one of the boys in he was so sick. They said a month wait. Are you kidding me??? Never would I wait a month for my sick animals !! I found a better place.

If you need animal care I would suggest going somewhere else. Steep pricing and the "will not answer there phone" but instead send it in a loop kind of company. It's unfortunate that there are not more options available in the valley. Experience is always a reassuring quality when it comes to your veterinarian who should not have to call for a second opinion especially if your the Dr. And then pass the cost on to the customer. I've seen people push off responsibility because of being unsure of themselves. You really don't need to let your clients see it in motion. Definitely room for improvement instead of line items. Hopefully you'll straighten up instead of treating like an open ATM machine with our loved pets.

The prices are very high for a small dog and they do tests that are not necessary just to get money

I've been taking my pets here since I was a child with my first dog back in the 90s. They have always been kind, compassionate and well knowledgeable. They treat your pets as if they were their own family member.

I really like the veterinarians at this place. They really care about your animals. They were one of the only places that still took animals in, during COVID, and I have stayed with them since. They take appointments on Sundays, they can be contacted through text, especially for refills, so no extra office visit fees. They are just great ?

There was a safe entrance for us to bring Bruno in for his exam. He was seen right away. We were given a senior discount, which we greatly appreciated.

I'm leaving this review because I want to make sure that others do not experience what I just experienced with the team at the Bed and Biscuit at this location. It started with making the initial appointment. I was told that my cats records indicated that they needed updated vaccinations as of 10/22. The last time they stayed at the facility was 12/22 and I brought copies of their vaccines and rabies shots about a week before I dropped them off. Someone there had misplaced theses documents. I went back and forth with someone through text until finally they asked where they had the shots and when I told them called over and requested them.Next thing, my cats have never been separated in their life. And I had made this request in the appointment and each time I bring them in. Needless to say when told that they were very stressed during their stay I asked the girl why they were in separate boxes. She said oh I don't know. I wasn't here when they were dropped off. Today they are still very stressed and I picked them up yesterday. They had the nerve to send me a email saying they could not stay there again because they were so stressed eventhough they caused the stress. So incompetent employees, lost documents? I had not planned on using the facility again because of the poor service. Luckily we have reviews to help warn others and share experiences. Good luck and chose wisely when you decide to intrust the care of your pets to others.

Honestly I'm even hesitant to leave the one star. Left my cat with them while out of town a few days. We ended up coming back a day early, luckily, because when I went to pick him up and they gave me back his bag of food, there was only one less can of food than what I took.I took 9 cans for 3 days and his dry food. I ended up picking him up at the end of day 2 and they gave me back 8 cans. I saw a can of food in the bowl when I went to get him. So you're telling me you didn't give my cat any of his wet food until I was already picking him up? Were you not feeding my cat???And they also didn't get to do his nail trim I requested because they said he was too scared. What are you doing that he's so terrified? If you're an establishment that works with animals, you should be able to make them comfortable enough for a nail trim.I already had my reservations boarding him since I've never had to until now, but I didn't have a choice, and this experience didn't make me feel much better.If you ask clients about their feeding schedule, you should be following it. I doubt they had any play time or anything while being boarded there. That's if there was any staff there at all for the holiday (4th of July).I hope I never have to board him again, but if I do, I will be trying elsewhere.I will also be keeping an eye on my credit card for my refund for the last day since I picked him up early. The girl at the desk wasn't even going to do a refund until I asked her if she needed the card. She would have just left a credit on my account and let me leave without bringing it up at all. But I don't want a credit cuz I don't believe I'll be coming back. If I need boarding again, hopefully the next place I try actually feeds my cat.

Came her to keep up with my puppies vaccinations. Right when we got threw the doors we were greeted so kindly by the lady at the desk. She signed us in, gave so much great information. Both my puppy and I felt very comfortable. Such a big beautiful place. All you pets needs could be met here from vaccinations to grooming. So happy with our visit! My puppy has her next appointment and after her up coming appointment she will have her grooming appointment set up. We loved it here and can’t wait till our next visit I would 100% recommend this place to others.

I took my dog in for grooming and he was badly matted. There was an issue where a vet was needed and because they also have vet services on campus (plus boarding services), that was also taken care of with my permission. With these kinds of great services available, I have no intention of looking elsewhere. The groomer was great, as was the vet. I hit the Tribeca.
