I went to this location twice and both times customer service was awful. One of the two sales reps was a bit more informative than the other hence the two stars however, the lack of professionalism of the reps made my decision final on not ever coming back here and rather drive further out to another branch.

This is the worst location to go to. Especially with Freddy working there. You don't call a customer to the counter to rush them and then leave them there because you have to take your lunch .

I love everything about this place. Great service good service I never had my service at T-Mobile but it’s the best thing that ever happened to me. I would recommend you guys getting service at This T-Mobile everything is great there

I would give 31/2 stars , BUT! I called T-Mobile for information about a discount I heard about through AAA. The T-Mobile CS was not rude or putout but someone who is inexperienced in Customer Service or in. actually Sales. I had to have her clarify the plans, why drive out and not get a phone. this is what Phone Carriers want a sale of a phone that probably costed them $20+ to sell to you for $2000 that will up your bill for that discount to work. it was like pulling teeth. It's our New Generation!! Sometimes patience on our part would help. People also have to be a good recipient . Yes I had to clarify stuff like that when she said " Get a discount and stuff like that". In the end I got clarification on what the plan was. Probably will get a new phone. Hopefully T-Mobile train their employees to be more informative on their products. Wasn't rude but uninformed.

Came in today on October 20th 2023 at 5:20ish pm to get some questions answered about my phone bill. The girl with the septum piercing helped me but she was so rude to me. I was being patient and trying to understand what was going on with my bill but she kept rolling her eyes and looking at her coworker everytime i asked her a question and kept calling me hun. No expression on her face just black stares. I realized maybe I should just leave and come back another time and Told her I hope her day gets better and she said "oh my day is already better" lol hope sis finds another job that better suits her

Carlette lied to me to make a sale. Buyers beware. If you trade in phones or get any deals, make them give you a printout. I was promised two tradeins and was told specifically not to trade in my other phone because I was "good". Yes I specifically asked for confirmation at the end. Well now I'm paying for a full price iPhone and not only that, she gave me the SMALLER discount. When I went back in to ask for help they told me this and blamed the entire thing on me not hearing them. Also, Carlette ran away into the back room and avoided us. Likely because she knew she lied to us. I'm switching carriers next chance I get. This was the worst buying experience I've had in my entire life.

Great experience with all the employee in particular Carlette was very patient set up everything on phone for me and paired the watch so my phone watch were set up to my liking before I left

I came in yesterday and I was having a hard time with getting a credit check the employee that was helping me was extremely nice and had so much patience with me I would definitely recommend for everybody to come back here Becca m should definitely get employee of the month

I've been a T-Mobile member for a very long time. I have been to all the T-Mobiles stores in town and they all but one, had rude customer service they were not helpful at all unless you were spending big money. THIS T-Mobile store is not like that. This is my favorite T-Mobile store here's why. They have a warm smile on there faces when they great you. There customer service is amazing and the team is very helpful. I had an issue with my phone when we were upgrading and they were amazing on helping me handle my situation. When I was in there I heard a lot of people say they didn't know this T-Mobile store was here. That's crazy.... They have been there for about 6 years.

6/27:I recommend going to a different location. I was charged for a USB port by Freddy. I had no clue until I went home, looked at the invoice, and checked my bag. I went back the same day to return it and he claims I can’t do it the same day without having to do the process of setting up my phone again. Now I have to go back tomorrow to return an item I never asked for. I don't appreciate businesses charging for items to boost their commissions without customer consent. I can’t imagine how many people he’s scammed already without their knowledge. He was bragging about how much he makes and now I understand why. Go elsewhere.6/28:New update. I received another charge for insurance on my phone. Yesterday, Freddy asked if I wanted insurance on my phone and I told him no. I’ve never gotten insurance for any of my phones. Come to find out, he charged me for insurance as well which would boost my monthly payment to $18 more a month. This guy steals and is very dishonest with the company, the community he works for, and should not be employed with T-Mobile.I also went back today to return the USB port. I spoke with the assistant manager, Leslie, about these charges and this whole situation. She was very helpful and assured the situation would handled. I would still recommend going elsewhere as long as this man is employed there.
