Customers are typically through in less than 15 minutes, making it well worth the effort and money. Some note that the dryers can be too short, sometimes leaving water spots. I definitely recommend downloading the app for a fast and convenient car wash. I finally got tired of seeing 3 to 4 cars pass me in line while I was paying! It works great and now I get to pass up the person in line that has to pay for theirs.
