“This tow company was awesome, I called for a tow since my car broke down, it is a very small car and could probably be towed with a go cart lol, I explained that I had my two young kids with me and asked if they could give us a ride with the car. The lady I spoke to on the phone said that was no problem and sent her driver to the yard to drop off a truck that was more than capable of towing my little car to go get a bigger flat bed truck that could seat us all. Not many companies would do that for you now a days. I am very grateful for them and appreciate how accommodating they were. When it was easier and cheaper for them to say no, they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. And they did not charge me anything additional for the extra time,gas, service. My car broke down in a parking lot and the starter went out and this company here had the best price quote for me and they were reliable and very quick to the location of where my car was. The driver ,Gadi Duran, was very courteous, polite, and friendly as well as, gave me some pointers and tips on how to repair my car.
