Workers are kind, but I don’t know until when I have to come every week to pick up my mail? It’s already few months when many homeowners affected by broken mail box. Nobody knows if post office of San Jacinto will fix it. Unbelievable!

I walked into the San Jacinto post office and approached the counter. The oriental agent standing behind the counter was rude, unpleasant and offensive.
I asked her a question regarding refusing a small package I had just picked up from my PO. Box in Moreno Valley. She looked at the package and accused me of opening it.
I looked at her and adamantly stated “the package had NOT been opened. I want to refuse it because I did not order it and it. She blantently stated very rudely “ you need to take it back to Moreno.Valley and refuse it because it looks like you opened it!!
I was so offended by her lack of customer service and rude behavior. I left without saying anything else to her.
I went to another local post office in Hemet and was greeted by a pleasant customer service agent.I explained my request. He asked me had the package been opened and I responded no.
He politely explained what needed to be done, marked the package “refused” and suggested I take a photo of the barcode.
He provided the service the other agent didn’t even try to offer.
We need to do better and provide the service we want to receive!!! If you don’t like your job find another one!!

I came in to do a change of address after they couldn't process it online. I waited for 45 minutes, filled it out right in front of an employee and handed it to them.
They never processed the change.

Very poor customer service. Doesn’t also care if they lose your mail. The carrier leaves mails on top of the mailboxes and the supervisor still does nothing! I’ve been returning packages and mails that have different addresses and they just shrugged it off, like saying “so what?”. This should be closed or totally rehabilitated by retiring all employees assigned to this office and hiring new ones. If only there’s less than 1 star!

I’ve owned my home in this area for 15 years and this Post Office never answers their phone in the 15 years. I’ve been here and tried to contact them never! If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Honestly this review is for the post master or whoever tf, but the mail carrier that delivers to my neighborhood by MSJC s u c k s, the mail deliveries just keep getting later and later (used to get my mail around 10am, now I don’t get it until 4pm if I’m lucky) and a few times my mail has been delayed by a day even though my packages were out for delivery, because it just got too late in the day to deliver…. Recently what has been really fun is that my mail carrier will mark my packages as delivered and they won’t actually be in my mail box until hours later, I assume the carriers have a rate/delivery time frame they have to make, so instead they lie and say your packages are delivered when in reality they’re just running behind and lying to their advantage to save their skin…
