This has been by far the worst experience ordering online. I Ordered a bunch of product on 11/28 for cheistmas. Today 12/20 they are informing me that they are starting to put the items in a box , and in a few days will get it to the post office and ship it for delivery 5-10 days later. Really???? I have called , emailed- now asking for money back but I don't think anybody actually works there. Calling my credit card next

I love your shampoo and conditioner. Thank you for a good product, I'm a long term bay area resident so i like supporting you.Every time I visit your online store, many of the shampoo and conditioners are sold out... This has been an ongoing issue that you guys have yet to solve.I stopped buying your product for a good while because i could never get the size i wanted... I do not want the 16oz bottle, i want the pretty 13 ounce ones with the graphics. Is that the common consensus on those bottles?Why do you guys not keep your products replenished faster? I just want you to make even more ridiculous amounts of money. ❤️

They don't have the respect for their clients, and clearly they can't handle doing business with anyone because of that.

They were really just a company that did not have any consideration for their employees. There's no support from management in any form (training, policy questions, etc.) interested employees would be much better off applying elsewhere. The work culture there was poor, and the benefits were almost non-existent.

Grossly inefficient business practices but that's what happens when the majority of the workforce is highly unskilled. Upper management doesn't care or show respect to employees unless you're a favorite. Also, there are lots of gossip and disengagement. I recommend not working at Purity Cosmetics.

Their products are not as good and pure as they claim them to be. There are chemicals that they don't disclose and they made a reaction to my skin

If you could have another place to work for, go for it and avoid working at this place at all cost. It's just not worth all the fatigues and hard work you'd get from working here when the management didn't even care about you. Aside from almost non-existent management, there's just no growth opportunities here and no chance to be promoted or advance you career.

When you are ordering something, their customer service/salespeople will push you to purchase more and more. Once you do, you don't matter anymore. Everything from shipping to the returns process is quite complicated.

Receiving my orders took waaaay too long to be acceptable. I almost forgot that I did order something from them. From what it looks from me, they don't actually care once they have shipped from products. I did not received any updates and apologies for delivering my orders that long. I called their customer service once to ask for an update and the person that I talked to was rude and just told me it was on the courier company now and they can't do anything. Such a disappointing buying experience.

Worked for them for 2 years. Basically a one way street where you are expected to please your managers no matter what they say. Everything depends on personal relationships, not your work performance. They look at you as a number, even that I always achieved the goals, I have never received any appreciation. It's really hard to work for this company even if you have passion for the brand because there is absolutely no support.

It takes too long for process to be ordered. Inquiries don't get answered at a timely manner and when someone gets back to you, they don't give a clear answer on your question about their product. it's like they don't know their products ver well.

Their customer service team is bad. They don't care whether customers are worried about their orders or are dissatisfied with the products. It would be a mistake to trust them to care. They have no respect for a customer after a sale is complete.

Don't believe their claims of selling all-natural beauty products. I doubt if that's even true. Check the label and see the harsh chemicals as part of the ingredients of their products. Be vigilant when buying something claiming to be all natural because instead of caring for your skin, you might just harming your skin more.
