It's a 7-Eleven so I don't expect too much from them. This location's conveniently located near my doctor's office so I stop by to get lunch to go. I like their pizza and Big Gulps, but they're nothing to write home about.

It's definitely not open 24/7. Multiple times, I have tried to go there late at night or early morning and while lights where one the place was locked. last time I tried it was around 3:30am, the doors where lock and the man working inside yelled at me something I didn't understand.

You sure 24 hours open? Doors locked around 3am and the staff inside doesn't even respond

Generally just an unpleasant location to go to.Parking is abysmal, selection is nothing special, the staff are rude, and today, I had to specifically request that the cashier *let me put in my own rewards phone number* instead of using some guy called landon's number.

It's all about RESPECT! Give it & then shall you receive it!! Customer or worker both are responsible!!! That is all.

There's this worker who says that they are closed around 4:00am and says that they open up at 5:00am which is a lie because on the website it says that the store 711 on Sam Carlos 11th street says that they are open 24hours so I don't think this guy should be working here and needs to get fired Immediately

About average to below-average when it comes to expectations from this 7-Eleven. In comparison to others in the downtown area it has a lot to be desired. Yet if you come for the regular coffee, drinks and smokes you'll get an average service. Due to the close proximity to the university and outlying area you will have a small selection of Asian treats, a Amazon storage box and a small selection of wine. Yet most of these are quick buys and if you are looking for something more than that, then you will be unsatisfied.Customer service is hit-or-miss; old Latina woman who works there is incredibly nice and very positive while most other staffers are just rude and misunderstanding. More than once they would have signs for certain promos taped on their hot foods station, but not actually serve at this establishment at all. Their store on the app at one point had a deal for a wingless chicken combo and when asked about it the clerk said they ran out. I told him I'd wait and then he just stood there dumbfounded for a couple of minutes. Line continued to grow and he just stood there. Suddenly he snaps out of it and just says they don't make it here. Was irritated that he should have just told me that to begin with, but it's 7-eleven. There really is no point in arguing, just something to note about for later.Warning: Ice machine has not been cleaned in some time as of 10/01/20, chance of danger are moderate to unsafe levels. Area does attract some solicitors during the course of the day a and night. They're mostly harmless. If you are okay you are a student this will be a convenient walk to and from the university. If you are just passing by but in a rush or may not even like students this place will be a okay place to get coffee or some snack middle of the night.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RACIST ESTABLISHMENT - It saddens me to be writing this review but it's absolutely necessary. I live down the street from this 7-Eleven so my boyfriend and I would come here 3-4x a week. I'll start off by saying I will no longer be coming here no matter how close and convenient this place is to me. My boyfriend, housemate and myself were leaving the gym and stopped here for some snacks and wine. When we got up to the cashier to pay, the cashier (photos attached) told my boyfriend, "the guy in the back saw you take something." This was all made up because there was no guy in the "back". The cashier then proceeded to make my boyfriend open up his gym bag, took the bag from him because he couldn't visibly see anything and looked through the bag. After he found NOTHING, the cashier was left speechless but did NOT apologize AT ALL. We said what he did was "racist" and he did not have anything to say. Ultimately, I decided to not purchase anything from here and drive 5 minutes to another store for the same exact items. If you're reading this review, I ask you to be weary of the employees working here. I'm sure not all of them are racist but the other day one of the employees almost charged me $29 for a protein bar that was $3.75. That's another story not nearly as important but this most recent situation that we have encountered has left us so upset because of how blatantly racist and WRONG the cashier was.

So there I was getting ma mascoto and my main man was referred to as "the black dude" by the cashier. Now at this point I look around the store and wouldn't you have guessed he called my god king mansa musa friend a feeble pseudonym that just doesn't even come close to how glorious his presence is. Now he was telling his cashier bud to check him for stealing. His cashier bud was like yo which black dude.... now at this point I was shocked at the blatant disrespect going on right in front of my eyes. He replied to my mean badass eyes stares by saying he was referring to an item not a person. So at this point I'm wondering if they sell items called "black dudes." Anyways I was going to tell my bff forever but I saw him there, in all his glory, gorgeous with an equally hot gf flirting the night away. And I was like, nah I gave this cashier the stares he wouldn't do something, right ?! I was wrong he asked to see his bag. Okay so my boy did have a duffle bag, my friend shooketh, opened it up. Booom nothing but gym clothes and good ol racial profiling. Now that's where it stops... right ?! Right?! Right?! F-in wrong, this sh** was like him crow he pulled the bag from him and literally searched the whole bag. And guess what he found?! Guess what this cashier found ?! F****** nothing but gym clothes and good ol racial discrimination. Do I need to say more? It's cool he apologized when he realized he was wrong. Wait... that never happened. Plz there's a ton of 7/11s. Idk if they have the same franchise owner or what. But just change stores. Money speaks. Oh btw my friend is like as rich as mansa musa. He don't need to steal nothing from no one, the only thing he steals is your gIrl with His perfect demigod looks.
