For the most part 7-eleven delivery is fast and very convenient. The shoppers are usually on time and follows delivery instructions so far I haven’t had any issues and hopefully it stays that way.

Employees are RUDE they make-up Prices on stuff that is already priced and if you bring it to their attention they will take the advertisement sign down, and they DEFINITELY ACT LIKE YOU ARE INCONVENIENCING THEM..., 7-11 is NOT like they used to be back in the day....!!!

Horrible coffee usually. Bad customer service. I asked them to make a fresh pot at 4 am after having a bad cup at 12 am. The coffee tasted the same just worse and reheated. I asked him to make a new pot and he argued. I bought a Monster. Honor those that help you make money.

At various locations I found they tried, maybe unintentionally, to charge too much or double charge and even went so far as charge me for a higher price for a sale that said, on their display, 2 for 3.94. when I got to register they tried to charge me 3.94 for each. When I disputed it, they actually denied what the sign stated. Another store at 1130am had nothing Hot to purchase. I was supposed to get a chicken roller for free with so many points I had but because you couldn't get WiFi at most stores so I have at two times wasted points because they don't know how to provide even a adequate service. I would love to change everything but they are mostly owned by non-american descent. Most stores do not know how to conduct a business in regards to ordering and how much to have available without waste. Let me loose and I can teach them and employees how to succeed

SO RUDE, Terrible customer service I would give them zero stars. You guys need new staff, the older men are especially rude, zero people skills you make 7-eleven look bad, practically threw my bag of sodas, mean looks, employee dropped one of my items on the floor then tossed it on the counter and walked away, the second employee who came up to finish the transaction was even worse. Never going back to this location please everyone don't bother, just pick another 7-eleven, these guys are jerks.

I purchased a moneypak for $500 and the money was not on the card they wouldn't give me my money back even though I had emails from greendot and had my receipt and the card so I had to call headquarters and file a complaint.
