I was a this 711 today with 2 of my chrilden. I wanted to buy the deal they had posted of a coke and 2 slices of pizza. They refused to sell it to me. I went to the counter with 3 cokes and they only would give me 2 slices of pizza. I told them I needed a total of 6 slices They refused. They told me the deal was not good any more. I referred to the two signs posted and asked for the manager. They argued with me. The manager said they forgot to take the signs down. I left. The pizza basically sucks anyway. F this 711.

This place rarely gives back your small change (coins) basically STEALING money from customers. At least tell us you’re running low on change. There’s always solicitors and homeless outside asking for money. I always avoid in 7-11 as much as I can. There’s a loop gas station at the end of the block with better service and they don’t steal change for their customers.

Went inside the 7-11 and after 2 minutes we had seen a cockroach and left very quickly. They should clean it asap!

I come to this 7-11 very often and this lady that helped me today , she was so rude , She through my money on the counter while she was talking with her daughter on the phone …Very bad service !

This Is my favorite 7-11 location near me. The have a lot of exotic foods you can't find everywhere. Like, Vanilla Coca Cola and Pork Egg rolls. The stuff that's very hard to find anywhere. It's in a reasonable location, not too hidden but not too out in the open.

Last night one of the ladies there tried charging me 2.19 for a cup of ice! Everyone I line agreed that she was overcharging. I have never paid over 50 something cents for ice before. Then she proceeded to dump the ice and put the lid a cup back!

I cane in at 1:15 to get a brownie and water the cashier literally smashed the receipt on my brownie i just stood there and had to look at her for a moment to understand what i had done wrong other than being black she was extremely rude i didn't even say anything to her I just left because there's no point in talking to evil people you just have walk away and pray they run into the wrong one .

I have always gotten great customer service. Mostly bc i am mexican and i speak spanish though my husband does not. And the ladies are usually very respectful and kind. Today one of the usual cashier ladies was there , the one with the glasses and thin build, and she was laughing it away eith her coworker who both had their backs to the customer counter and door. My husband got in line to gey their attention patiently waiting for them to be done. It happrns. Some guy walks over and says heat up my pizza pls. And ignore my husband which would makr anyonr else annoyed right? I go on like whatever i get my stuff no big deal. Cashier finally says in spanish fidnt see him and didny sed you not sorry. Laughing. He sayd i tried getting your attention. And she proceeds to talk to her coworker in spanish saying oh well i didnt see him. I think thats rude. Idk what the dark-haired lady with the nails said to the mousy one with glasses but said in spanish they dont like it i dont have to serve them . This right here was absolutely disgusting. In all the years ive been coming here and interacting with these ladies have i ever been blatantly disrespected. This lady has been known to be so quiet timid and shy. And the nee cashier the lady with black hair and nails is an instigator and completely unprofessional. I have always defended these ladies against unruly customers and noe i will think twice about dealing with this horrible service.
