I have gone several times to get my screen repaired and the last time to replace my cell phone battery. I always experience the best and courteous customer service. The prices for repairs are reasonable and the service is great! I would recommend A to Z phone repairs to anyone needing help with their phone

The best service ever! He replaced my screen in minutes! I am so relieved because I came from "Ubreakifixit" and was told after my phone was with them for half the day that it was "unrepairable"! Here at A to Z Wireless the technician knows what he is doing! To think I went in this store looking for a temporary phone thinking my phone can not be fixed anymore. Thank you for the awesome service!

We received excellent service at A to Z wireless phone repair. They ordered the part for our Moto z and in less than 24 hours the phone was up and running with no issues. They were helpful & gavre excellent service. We will go back again because of there excellent & prompt services.

The Pixel 3 screen has been replaced here and I was happy with initial results, OEM screen and 1 year warranty.\\nafter 6 month of use in the protective case (heavy duty UnderArmor), the screen had got a black spot. At that moment, we all were in a lockdown so I had to put it aside and come back later to let these guys see it.\\nToday (Jan 12 2021) I came and a technician stated that the phone got \\\"dropped\\\" and was \\\"physically damaged\\\".\\nFrom the picture you can see that the front glass is not even scratched (The ceiling light is nicely reflected back) but the OLED display (an internal part) is malfunctioning. There is no way I can damage internal part without shuttering the front glass or back plate. Still, the verdict - its a physical damage and there is no warranty service on it.\\n\\nIn addition, they were not able to find the service records of the replacement at all like I did not even been there :).\\n\\nWill see if its going to be resolved anyhow.\\n\\nUpdate (March 1, 2021). Noone ever contacted me from AtoZ trying to \\\"correct the problem asap\\\". Going to go there in person and see if there is any update on that.\\n\\nUpdate. A to Z has been finally replaced the screen after several month of work and after this initially negative feedback. It took them several month to finish it and they said they replaced the screen like 3 times blaming the screens to be bad.\\n\\nSo, to sum up:\\npros:\\n- I did get my screen eventually replaced and is still working fine.\\n- price for the work was reasonable.\\n- did not charge me extras for after service\\n- did try to fix the problem instead of trying to silence it.\\ncons\\n- the first representative lied to me trying to blame on me.\\n- no receipt no service.\\n- replacement took a lot of time.\\n- have to know tech to argue with them.\\n\\nI will give them another try (if I ever need to replace a screen again) just because I believe in good. Maybe I just got unlucky ;)

Very professional and courteous. Our phone was fixed within the time they quoted to us. The job was very neatly done. Our phone looks like new now. Thank you. Will be visiting this store again for all our repairs needs for phones.

Not only did I have to go back 6 times and kept being told its not ready, they broke the speaker on the phone too. They offered to fix it but after my experience, I don't trust this company one bit. I had to pay a different company to fix what was ultimately A to Z's fault. They also didn't seal the back of the phone correctly. Never go here

When to t-mobile to see if they can unlock my phone, but for some reason they couldn't find the way to unlock it, then the guy from t-mobile send me to ABZ to see if they con unlock it for me....and guess what ????abz did it!???Thanks so much guys,keep the good work. So happy now! ? % I'll recommend you to check it out this guy's for any phone service related...thanks!??♂️

I brought in my iPhone 11 to fix the LCD. The service was very fast and the price is better than other iPhone repair services in the mall, especially if you use the Yelp deals. There were some issues loading the Yelp deals I had, but the coupons were still honored and saved me $20. I would recommend going here for fast repairs.

Was quoted a 2.5 to 3-hour turn around time for a screen replacement. Received a call at the expected ready time saying that the phone wouldn't be ready for another 5 hours. I made plans based on picking the phone up on the way to an event in San Francisco, instead I had to make a special trip the next day as it wasn't ready until 7:30 at night and they close at 8: 00p.
