My in laws needed a wheel chair and adult diapers and this place helped us out with a one stop shopping. They sold both to us and arranged for a regular delivery of the diapers on a regular basis. They speak Vietnamese which is a plus for my older parents. Good place to shop for things your older parents might need in the future.

Friendly Staffs , I need a walker for myself, my doctor email the info to AAYS, within same day had a phone call from AAYS to check on type of walker I need. AAYS does all the paperwork for me ...Hopefully I will receive my walker soon. The Staff is nice person and explain which type and what is best for me to use as I am a senior over 70.... if you need something relate to mobility equipment , try AAYS !

This is a great store that rents and sells mobility equipment for mobility-impaired people. My Aunt is at the age that she is starting to fall when she walks so she needs a walker chair ( for lack of a better term ) and her insurance covers one so we went here to get one. The owners are very nice people who are cognizant of a person's needs and not once did they try to upsell us. My Aunt picked out one she really liked and the deductible was miniscule to what it would have cost out-of-pocket so we were really happy. I heartily recommend this place for when you are looking for a store that sells quality mobility equipment that is highly functional, useful and aesthetically pleasing!

Came by with my prescription for crutches and a walker, thinking they would be really great as I see in the recent reviews. After walking in, I sat down waiting for them to help me out (took them a bit to notice I was there). They were slightly helpful, but not so much. I got to try the crutches and the walker out to see if those would be helpful for me. Then asked about the prices. Yeahh.... after they told me about the prices, I'd prefer buying them off amazon for better price for the same exact equipment.

I needed a wheelchair for my dad and decided to purchase one. I contacted Bischoff's and they were way pricier than AAYS. We walk into the store and the gentleman was so nice and helpful. He listened to what I needed, asked questions and gave us a complete run through if the wheelchair. He even changed out a part that would make things easier for my dad. 5 stars for customer service & pricing!

Great customer service. They have all items for older people. Came here to pick up my grandpas prescription and I saw many people shopping here. The items are for sale but also work with doctors office to get a prescription for free or discounted items. They sell a range of things from cane, diapers, bathtub railing , to walkers. The man working knew his stuff and helped me in a quickness. He was polite and made things easy while I was making a new profile with them. I don't come here often, but I know here to go when I need things like that.

I rented a hospital bed from this place for my Dad. It was about $150 a month. They were easy to deal with and delivered the bed on short notice. Several months later, it became clear that we were going to need the bed long term. On google, it appeared that I could get a hospital bed for around $1,000. It didn't take complex math to conclude that we'd be better off in the long run buying a bed. I called AAYS to let them know we'd decided to stop renting, and since I had them on the phone I also casually asked whether they sold hospital beds. And you won't believe this, but the guy calculated how much I'd spent renting the bed already, and credited that amount towards the purchase price of the bed I already had. A measly $200 extra and the bed was ours. I was so touched and impressed by this. Dealing with the complex needs of the elderly and ill is never easy and is always expensive, so this was such a beautiful moment of ease and kindness, when AAYS could have easily chosen to squeeze more cash out of us. I highly recommend this professional and humane company.
