Really bad customer service. I went in to return some items that I received as gifts, and the young man couldn’t locate the order even with both the order number and email address used to purchase provided. When he finally found it, he said I would only get $20 back as store credit vs the $75 the person originally paid (she was there with me). I took the items and left, and when I made the same return online, lo and behold it gave me a full $75 return credit. Glad I didn’t listen to the employee in store—he didn’t seem to know what he was talking about, and it almost cost me $50!At least they have good sizing options in the store. Only reason why they got two stars instead of one.

What an absolutely terrible experience. Plenty of employees walking around but not one single person ever greeted a customer or asked if anyone needed help. Zero smiles and everyone looked miserable. Customer service is completely nonexistent here, but I guess that's to be expected for all employees in their 20 something's just working as a summer job. Will never return to spend money here or recommend anyone every hop into this location. Really negative vibes here.

I ordered some items online because they didn’t have my size in the store, went to the store to return then bought a few more items. I paid the difference. Then ended up returning 2 items because they didn’t fit. The guy in the register needed help so he called the manager she said I was gonna get my refund w the store credit. My purchase was made with my debit card $300 + I showed her my receipts. I showed her the receipt were it showed the last few numbers on my card. The she said she couldn’t do anything, really ? As the manager ? Showing proof I paid with my card. Why would I only have the option to get store credit she was very rude. And ofc she wasn’t helpful at all. I was with my kids so ofc I didn’t have time to be there arguing about the refund, it obviously looked like she hates her job. White short girl with blondish hair. Never coming back to this store. Horrible costumer service

Very. Racist store employees. I actually thought it was just me being negative, so I had a friend do a little experiment with me . We both had completely different experiences and different interpretations with the employees upon entering to shop on the same day with same employees. This is not ok and I never use the discrimination card. This time I will be sure to file a complaint with the corporate store , regarding the issue of a very snotty and rude manager Natalie and employees. Everyone should have a pleasant time entering a store without any uncomfortable feelings, looks or treatment. As long as you are not doing anything wrong . Unacceptable and should be addressed immediately

10/10 experience on my return. I did an online order and Abercrombie managed to screw up my online order 2x. They returned it in store no questions asked and helped me out. No issues here.0/10 for the actual store. I can not find anything in the physical store for some reason.. all has to be online for me.

If you can avoid coming to THIS store, do it. Other reviews have said it but they all give off mean girl, I'm better than you energy. They were so rude and I try to be polite since I know dealing with people can be hard but they clearly just don't treat any people nicely. Every experience has been bad at this location. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND RUIN YOUR MOOD.

Abercrombie at the Valley Fair mall needs to retrain their employees on how to work with customers. The store always gives off mean girl energy and are not nice. I've worked at this mall and understand every aspect of working retail.I was doing a return with no receipt but have an account with them. They did try multiple using different cards until I ultimately found the picture of the receipt on my phone. The girl looked annoyed and gave a dirty look while there was no one way else in line. The employees here are not nice or patient. The employee # ends at 5068.
