They do quality work. The overall experience is mediocre, though. I booked an appointment to get my car washed at 1pm, the online schedule lr said it would be ready by 4:30. Fine. I never received any confirmation of the appointment, so I called ahead to confirm. Cool. Then, I got a text and an email at 3pm, saying that my car was ready. I hopped in a Lyft and headed over, but apparently, my car was not ready. It's now 4:32pm. I spent over an hour in their lobby for no reason. I honestly don't even care how clean the car is, I'm so annoyed and frustrated by this experience.

I recently had ceramic coating done on my new car at this place, but unfortunately, I found a dent near the fuel tank when I picked it up in the evening. They did perform paintless dent removal, but there’s still a small mark left on the car. I never expected to have a dent on my brand new vehicle, so I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here for detailing. While a couple of the staff members were friendly, one of them was a bit rude when I went to collect the car for the final time.

Man! The level of respect and care each staff member gave me during my visit was amazing. I loved how peaceful the waiting room was and how attentive and respectful the staff was. My car hadn't been cleaned in years due to me living overseas for a while so to see how nicely cleaned and detailed it was shocking! They did an amazing job and I will definitely be back!

I’ve used AJ’s a few times in the past and really enjoyed their services. The wait times are typically pretty lengthy, so be prepared to wait.
This most recent visit I brought in my car and when I picked it up, the exterior was perfect. The interior looked like it had a quick vacuum and they cleaned the screen, but dusty footprints from a recent hike remained, though they did vacuum the car. I also found my dog’s footprints remained on the back seat. I thought maybe they couldn’t get it out of the leather, but wiping with a water wipe immediately removed the grime. Didn’t feel like I got $99 worth of services this time.

Mason is very informative and knowledgeable. AJ's always makes my cars shine, I never go anywhere else to get my car detailed. Highly recommend coming here for any of your car's exterior or interior needs!

I recently took my car to AJ Professional Detailing for the first time, and let me tell you, they've won a loyal customer. I had a complete 'In and Out Detail' with ceramic coating applied, and the results were incredible. In fact, when I picked it up the transformation was so amazing that I barely recognized my car. It looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor! My car looked good before, but AJ Detailing removed all those minor scratches and brought back the car's original shine. The engine bay was immaculately detailed, and the interior looks brand new again. The ceramic coating is amazing – water now beads right off, and even pollen dusts off easily. I am beyond satisfied with AJ Detailing's work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service!

Would not recomende, kind of sad to the see the result acctually… My wife took our polestar 2 in for a detail… wax resedue on the exterior like they forgot to wipe it down, streaky windows and some kind of faty residue on the infotainment screen and steering wheel sadly not comming back.
