Ordered some shoes in store last Friday for my trip to Mexico and the pregnant lady told me my shoes would be delivered in 3 business days, however during the tracking process it now shows my shoes won’t be arriving until the day I will have left for my trip. This is extremely inconvenient and ridiculous that the staff is giving out misinformation making me spend $100 on a pair of shoes I won’t even be able to wear on my trip. Please train your employees better on procedures and shipping times.

The customer service over there is horrible. The girl who is at the counter needs proper training or so. This is my 2nd time over there for a return, my last date of return was Jan 1 2023, i tried to return it on Jan 3rd, man.. what an attitude!!!! Also extremely rude and unprofessional. Also she kept browsing my other gmail when i showed her the gmail confirmation, while she was looking for other aldo online purchase confirmation. I gave her the exact package even with the envelope inside.

Not too much to choose from since it was right after Christmas. My daughter didn't like any of the styles available. Aldo has gone downhill from 20 years ago, outsourced other countries than Italy.

This place and their policy is total bad, I bought a boots and come back about 2 hours later to exchange for a bigger size and they told me can't do It because wear it, I had trying it on and bought it, so from the store and to my car. Sound like you can only exchange went you are in storeI only a d they will NEVER TELL YOU THE EXCHANGE POLICY. I had been their customer for over 20 years, between family and friends, my best guests, we had shopped here about $20k to $30k. Now I will pass on the words many people about their their exchange policy, you can only do it when you in the store but if you walked out, no exchange. I will never shop at ALDO again ever. To all please be careful with their in stock exchange policy because as soon as you walk out there will no exchange return in ALDO.

If you have minors or not into obscene rap music try another store. Upon entering, they blasted very explicit, unedited music which could be offensive to a lot of people especially as it relates to using the n word, fellatio, sex, etc. Didn't see any shoes that I was interested in purchasing but I found some shades that I liked. Bought sunglasses. The cashier said they're going paperless so she couldn't give me a paper receipt and insisted that she could only email the receipt. Since I'm trying to limit junk mail, that wasn't what I wanted to do but obliged. She then says that she doesn't have a bag to give me but I could purchase an Aldo bag for a $1. I showed her my small Burberry purse and shared my concerns about placing the glasses in my purse (the sunglasses wouldn't fit and could potentially break) and inquired about the return policy. She said all accessories were final sale after the fact. She wrapped the glasses on paper and I asked her to triple wrap them since there were no bags and I had to manage not breaking them. She rolled her eyes. I left and went to a kiosk in the mall and asked them for a small bag, they happily gave me one. For Aldo to be a well known company over the years the quality has gone down. No wonder I stopped patronizing them over the years.

Not really like Aldo brand as the quality is not compatible with the price. Like the style though

I came in yesterday wanting to return some heels that I bought in store on March 24th I worn them once at home and in less than an hour they started to hurt and gave me pretty bad blisters. I did not had any time to return it right away because I was busy working. So I went in yesterday around 2:30ish and I told an associate I wanted to return the shoes I only worn them once and they gave me very bad blisters. The lady who was looking at my shoes right away went to the back with the shoes, she didn't said excuse me or let me go grab my manager she just went straight to the back. I'm assuming she was the manager so she came out and told me we can not return the shoes because they had been worn out and I asked if I can just exchanged them because they really hurt my feet, she proceeds to tell me no it's our store policy to not return worn out shoes we can not return them. I than told her on my email receipt it says nothing about the return policy at all you can take a look at my phone. She didn't scrolled down but scrolled back up to make sure the receipt was really from aldos (I didn't get why?) she still kept telling me well it's on our website, If you were a customer would you purchase these shoes? No you wouldn't. I than told her but before aldo would do returns or exchanges. She kept cutting me off saying, " no, no, no we never done any returns or exchanges I've been here for 5 years and we never once done that you don't have to lie." WHAT!! And I kept telling her than how come all shoe stores allows exchanges or returns? Because if a shoe is really hurting you than why have it? She than tells me "I've never once heard a customer say our shoes gave them blisters or has ever hurt them I've been here for 2 years and never once had a complain. Customers will never buy this shoe look at it would you as a customer purchase it? No I don't think so." She is saying it very out loud for all of the customers in the store to listen. The way she was talking to me was like I was a child and that I was stupid for trying to return/exchange shoes that was very incredibly worn out. I than told her so you just told me you've been here for 5 years but now it's 2 years which one is it? She didn't said anything closed the box and gave it back to me. And I left she honestly was giving me attitude, kept swaying her head, munching on her gum, and was talking to loudly and rude. I did made a complaint on them you should never talk like that to a customer ever! I've bought many pairs of shoes before and I never once had this kind of experience in my life! The cashiers would always tell me if they never worked out than I can bring them back to the store and I never once seen this manager before in my entire time I've been here. She's obviously lying and takes the policy to heart very seriously

I just went to Aldo to exchange sone shoes that I bought a month ago and wore once. They didn work out because they weren't to my liking. So I arrive at aldo, looked around found some boots.. tried them on they didn't work and found some other boot that did work. Chelsea or Kelsey was the employee that helped me. She was great. But the store manager, Raquel, attempt to handle the situation... which was no bueno. Ok so this is about the manager. She was about to ring me up when I told her that I want to do an exchange but didn't have my receipt and only wore the shoes once. At first she said no, because I didn't have a receipt. And I had to ask about an alternative option. Once I advocated for myself she all of a sudden said that I couod exchange thevshiebif I had the bank statement. So I searched got the statement on my mobile app. Found it. Showed her the statement. Thought it was a go. Then she looked at the shoes... no scratches nor marks on them and say nope can't exchange them. Then she says they've been worn. And I explained that I had already informed her that I wore them once and she confirmed that I could return them. So once it was confirmed that I could exchange she put my boots ( which I still planned on buying) on the floor... and I had to tell her that I still wanted to by them. And she said oh ok. So she rang me up. Then the card reader at thecregister she was at didn't work so I had to move to the other register. So I got the boots. Doesn't end there. Mind you I have the boots and the paper receipt for the boots I just purchase the initial employee that heLp me try them on and the manager at this point obvious knew I bought them. So as I'm about to walk out the door another girl asked to see my receipt... and I questioned her. I said, " ummm I literally just bought these boots.. why are you asking to see my receipt when literally an employee and your manager saw me?" She said, " oh I was told to do it". Mind you I had been in the store for an hour... and never saw her anywhere near the entrance talking to any customer. That's racial profiling to me. So just some advice if Raquel, the manger, is there don't shop there. I will no longer be shopping there. Was the most uncomfortable experience.

It's unacceptable how ALDO treated me at Oakridge mall today! I purchased a pair of work shoes from ALDO at Valley Fair mall since it's close to my work office on JULY 5th. I started wearing the shoes from Monday and after few days wearing them at work which I have an office job and I'm sitting behind my desk all day, shoes started falling apart and I don't know how my right shoe has oil leakage as you see in the picture. I paid $140 tax included for these pair of shoes and I'm not expecting this condition after 4 days of wearing them. I took them to ALDO at Oakridge mall since it's very close to where I live and try to return them. Kathleen who I believe this is her first job experience and has no commonsense at all helped me. I did explain it clearly those are defected and they are falling apart and I'd like to return them. Due to Kathleen lack of training she refused to return them and she claims she has to get the store manager approval for return in order to not lose her job. Come ON! we live in California not in the third world and no one has lost their jobs due to return a pair of defective shoes. After she called the store manager who is worse than Kathleen didn't even give me a chance to explain it nor didn't see the shoes condition she offered me to order a new pair. How can I trust a pair of shoes that start falling apart after 4 days? I asked for full refund and she refused to return them. When I start complaining they gave me the 800 number to call and complain. I was on the phone for you over half an hour and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. What a surprise?? I can't believe how awful ALDO store can be. I wasn't expecting NORDSTROM customer service where I typically go shopping. So disappointed I would never go back to that store and I would never let anyone around me get close to that store. Little tip for upper management, train your managers and employees, educate them about how to take care of their customers if you care stay in business. ALDO I don't see a bright future for you. You will end up going out of business like Sears and other big companies did, due to lack of training and hiring people off of streets. I'm so glad Amazon is wiping all the retail stores and I'm sure if had purchased my shoes from Amazon I would never gone through awful experience.
