All Pro showed up as scheduled to fix a water leak in my refrigerator. They also installed a thermostat for my heating system. They did professional work at a fair price.

Home repair is a little like Auto Repair, there are many shady people who don't offer real professional services, charge too much and not great in a pinch. Carlos and All Pro are the opposite. They are honest, hardworking, and really work to solve the problems that are important in your home. My most recent experience was that my expensive fridge broke (for unknown reasons) and I needed Carlos to TRY and figure it out. He did - and we thought we were set. Turns out the fridge had a more complicated problem, that wasn't fixable. Carlos came back to try and re-fix the problem and wasn't able to. He was so helpful, honest and insightful, and even though the Fridge is Toast, he was able to offer 5-star help and services and I couldn't be happier. I'd recommend him all day!

I'd like to say a good word on professionalism, accuracy and high performance overall on "ALL-PRO Home & Appliance Repair" in San Jose. No fuzzy movements, no extra words - just methodically addressing not a trivial issue on my very old refrigerator. Let me recommend Carlos Corina if you need to resolve a sudden appliance problem.

I called All Pro to fix my dryer since it stopped working. Carlos was very professional and kind. As he was fixing our dryer, I noticed on his truck that he also fixes AC units. Ours just so happened to be down and we asked if he could take a look at it if he had time. He was nice enough to take a look and attempt to repair it on the spot. Unfortunately, he needed to order a part so he came back the next day to finish the job and was very quick. He took less than 30 minutes and left us with a working AC. It has been in the high 90's to 100's this week and were so thankful he was able to fix it so quickly. Thank you Carlos!!!

Reasonably priced inspection on failed dishwasher, and quickly advised that cost of repair would be so much was cheaper to replace. When they turn away work with honest advice, you usually have a good serviceman
