Somehow Excite Credit Union got my email address and now they won't stop spamming me with someone else's banking information. I have never been to their bank and do not even live in a state where they operate. The first time that I got an Excite Credit Union email, I called them and they said it was an input error and that they had removed me from their system. But I still keep getting their spam emails (it has been months now). When I call now they say that I'm not in their system. Obviously that is wrong because they keep spamming me with someone else's loan and banking information. Be careful about giving them your email address.

I’ve been with Excite (formally Alliance) for over 20 years and ever since they were bought out the quality has been gradually going down. As other reviews said the great tellers left and the customer service is hit or miss. Besides that though, what they offer is no longer competitive and i’m gradually switching all of my accounts to other banks that offer better interest rates. I recently transferred my savings to AMEX as they offer 3.75 APY and Excite offers next to nothing. I called customer service to see if they had anything competitive to offer and they don’t. Best they could do was 2% APY which isn’t forever and only for new accounts. Alliance became more tech friendly since the takeover by Excite but lost the friendliness. With nothing really to offer, there isn’t any point in keeping my money here anymore.

Verenice Arreola, provided exceptional customer service! She helped me with my personal loan and refinance my vehicle. She was able to work with me. Provided great communication despite my crazy work schedule. I highly recommend her. The branch is always super clean and have never experienced any issues with staff or atm machines! I love my credit union!

Al Alomari provided exceptional service as the loan officer for my home equity loan with Excite. He was able to get all of the paperwork pushed through quickly and get a super low rate.Been with this credit union for 42 yrs and they have always been my goto bank for consumer loans.

I went in to the branch to open a business account, Ali Alomari helped me and made this process a breeze. Excellent customer service, great friendly atmosphere, and knowledgeable support made my experience very comfortable and enjoyable!

I have been banking with this credit union for more than 30 years and never experienced such a friendly and courteous staff at this location. I had questions about a loan and a gentleman by the name of Ali Alomari was kind enough to walk me through the steps and explain the best process for me to save. It was near closing time and felt like I came at a bad time but was told to take my time and was offered water through this process by management. The tellers were very kind to me and I was very impressed with how well this team operates. I live far from this location but it's well worth the drive when I need things taken care of the right way and not rushed out the door

I'm new to this bank as of yesterday. I don't really know much about this credit union, but I ended up here with a friend to open a youth savings account. They have a really awesome deal for kids if you qualify. The bank itself is very cute and clean. I really like the vibe of the bank when you walk in, but what I loved most is the person that helped us. This 5 star review is mostly for Sam. My friend and I walked into the bank around 1:30. Since we are new to the bank we had a lot of questions. Sam answered all our questions in detail and was extremely helpful. I also wanted to point out that the bank closes at 2:00, but he did not rush us or cut off anything we said. We ended up opening two new youth accounts and did not finish until 2:45ish. Sam made us feel very welcome and did not mention the time or anything. In fact, he was apologetic to us when he needed to go help a teller with something. My friend does not use Yelp, but she said if she did, she would also write a 5 star review.

Iv'e had certificates and cd's at many other banks and savings and loans. Never have I been told to jump through so many hoops to have the money that was mine be mailed to me at maturity. This place has the poorest, most ridiculous excuse for customer service and I will never work with them again.

I've been with Excite (Alliance) for over 40 years. Personnel (tellers) changed; therefore, personnel not as good as it used to be. It's a "hit & miss" when being served. One lady was so friendly and awesome but she retired approximately three years ago. Had a teller who never smiled and very "dry" that I didn't want to go to her. Approximately four months ago, I needed to change accounts; and I had to go to her. She was no longer a teller but has a desk job. Same disposition---not friendly, no smile--as if she doesn't want to be at work. Bad customer service.

When my husband's credit union closed, our accounts were sent to this credit union. These people are amazing! The transition went smoothly and they have treated us like family. They always welcome us and have taken every precaution necessary during this last several months. There is never a long line. Most times, I'm in and out within minutes.
