I went in yesterday to Excite on Curtner Ave talked to a guy named Diaz Went in for a loan was told I was denied due to child support I am currently up to date with my payments I have a J.O.B but he said they can't help anyone that owes child support. For a 1200 loan Not helpful at all I feel he did not even try to help. Maybe since it was almost closing time They're commercial is deceiving they claim to help anyone with any type of credit

I've been with excite for over 5 years and my experience has been exceptional. I have worked with them for several loans includeing a car loan. The processes have been painless and fast. They are very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at the Curtner branch! I had misplaced my phone and my keys. I had first made a phone call and spoke to Mayra, she was able to contact the branch I was at to see if anyone had turned in a phone. She was very helpful with getting a quick response back to me! she was always very positive in a stressful situation. I went back to the curtner branch to be extra sure and met with Jess the Assistant financial Center Manger! Jess not only gave me excillent customer service but really went above and beyond to help me find my phone! I even received an update phone call reassuring me I didn't loose it there. The urgency that these ladies had to help me was incredible, and the follow up was very much appreciate! I as a member of Excite feels are very lucky to have these two ladies to work at this credit union.

It closes AT 5:00!!! PLEASE update your info my God!!! So frustrating to get to the door and a paper stuck on the window with the updated schedule, because even the door was painted with the schedule closing AT 6:00!!! Too late by then!!!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. They are SO unprofessional. SO much attitude even the "manager" Maria was out of line and unhelpful. Ghetto area means ghetto staff. Beware.

Verenice Arreola, provided exceptional customer service! She helped me with my personal loan and refinance my vehicle. She was able to work with me. Provided great communication despite my crazy work schedule. I highly recommend her. The branch is always super clean and have never experienced any issues with staff or atm machines! I love my credit union!

Hello first of all I just wanted to thanks EXITE CREDIT UNION for having an amazing staff just like MARIELA as a manager/loans/ ects .My visit at 265 Curtner AveSan Jose, CA 95125United States location was amazing.it was really pleasant talking to a professional like her One of the best things was she going through all my transactions and her explaining everything was a great experience.I just wanted to thank you MARIELA for making me feel like family ,her professionalism was upstanding ,Her patience was amazing. I have three little kids they come and go everywhere and she had the patient and understanding of Dealing with them.Her vision as exite credit union manager goes beyond by providing everyone a great service and professionalism.I was actually surprised on how some of the bankers and team members approached her and asked her questions about all the difficult things and issues they had that was a blowing mind for me because shes really up to the job.Is really rare to see people like her managing every little things and every aspect on her Department Seen her getting out of her way to help others was a plus for me . 6 years of auto loan customer service finally over. EVERY time I had to call a customer service rep, I was always lucky enough to have someone having their worst day possible. Every rep I spoke to in 6 years was rude and had zero customer service skills. I just got off the phone and finally asked for my payoff amount to just be done with them and the representative sent an email with my payoff amount and had her name in the email. For fun, I looked her up on Facebook and her first picture is a picture of her flipping off her earring and the earring was two words: "f*** off". Super normal, but I wasn't surprised after speaking with her that this is the kind of person this credit union hires. Do yourself a favor and find anybody else to fund your auto loan. Don't believe what I'm saying? Call them and find out for yourself.
