Despite what the name says, the store is full of bestselling products on Amazon from a variety of different categories, definitely lots of cool things to look at. If you're in the area, I'd recommend checking it out!

Weird thing Amazon became famous for killing Bookstores due to their online books and Kindle, and now they opened a bookstore. Well sort of, it a tech gift and book store. They have an interesting assortment of books but your not going to find any really niche books. Lots of best sellers and super popular trendy books. This is probably due to space. Its kinda small and I am sure rent on Santana Row isn't cheap.Nice place to stop by and browse for new books or the latest Kindle.

Store itself is cute. Lots of amazon devices, curated set of gadgetry and gifts (Quest 2, Casper pillowcases, etc.). Not a huge book selection. Checkout was painful - 1 person with 15 people in line. I just left - prefer the more intimate local book shops. Did like they had a little rating system for the store as you exit.

This retail outlet is one of the exclusive Amazon Books retail spaces in San Jose area. Be it new releases or best sellers they've got it all under one roof. The interiors, overall books collection and convinience of book shopping is just amazing out here at Amazon Books.

This store is a remainder for us that what started as a book store and how it has grown as a giant. They do carry a lot of best selling books, offering discounts for prime members, you may also get additional offers such as free audible trail when you purchase at this place. They also carry kindle and echo devices, along with one or two special products which change often.

I've been here a few times for some leisurely browsing and bought a book or two. The 2 times I've had an interaction with someone, they were professional. The cashier who helped me during my most recent visit was really nice and helpful. The prices are quite decent if you're an Amazon prime member. The transaction went well with the card I used even though it's not the default card on the Amazon account. I like that aspect of this store. The only down side is that it's quite a small store so they won't have some new releases if they're not best sellers. However, I would still come here from time to time if I'm ever on this side of town.

Enjoyed browsing the book selection and bought several books . At the counter after purchasing the books I asked to cancel a Kindle subscription that the clerk had initially told me was free so I agreed, but that would actually start charging my credit card monthly after two months. When I asked for help canceling the subscription she got very snappy and aggressive . With everything going on in the world right now I don't see why people have to be mean for no reason .

Wonderful experience, customer service was great. The person who checked me out had a long line going but maintained excellent customer service unlike alot of places who try to rush you. They had a wonderful book selection as well. Definitely worth it to check it out if you have not.

One of my favorite places to come to in Santana Row. Books are always organized, staff is ready to help and answer questions, and it's a wonderful vibe to be here. Definitely recommend!

Good selection of books for all ages and subjects. They've also got a section with Kindles to try out. Strangely, there is some cookware in the store as well. Checkout is seamless - you just open your app at the register and we even saved money using our Amazon account.

Meh. It was the first amazon books I've seen and popped in to try it. First, it doesn't feel like a bookstore, and the front is filled with electronics and Alexa and kindle devices. That's fine. Call it an Amazon Store. For those of us who love bookstores, want Barnes and noble and local book stores to stay in business, how about amazon has their pick up stores with a few items but leaves the bookstore market to those who can master ambience, a love of books more than just cheap prices. Let everyone have a cafe, seating and other components of a real bookstore and just keep it Amazon Store.

I only come here from time to time when we visit the farmers market just to see what the latest releases are. I wouldn't come here if you're looking for a specific title unless listed as a bestseller. The condition of their books aren't that great either as I noticed bent and frayed page/cover corners. If you're a prime member and looking for a recent released title wanting a cheaper price, then this place is it. If not, I would look elsewhere.

Decent selection of books, as well as some select electronics, games, and other miscellaneous items. They offer discounts for people with Prime. You can also return Amazon purchases here.

Smaller store but they only carry the most popular/top rated stuff. My favorite sections are the the top rated from Amazon 4.8 stars and above.

Great book store with awesome prices! The setup is very modern, sleek and well put together. The selection of books considers the bay area quite a bit but also has all the popular books. I think there is a good chance to find something new too if you're an avid book reader. There was a line before going in but it was not bad.
