very poor service, always missing items, been a customer for over ten years when services were finaly cancel due to no clothes for two week straight . they sent us into collection saying we havent paid them for years.

Absolutely the worst company I have worked with. When we started service with them, they ended up charging me much more than we had agreed on, claiming that I had misunderstood the agreement. When they said they couldn’t change it and that we were under a 5 year contract, we just stuck with it, but after that, they would add on charges every few weeks and give random excuses like they were giving us “more than we were paying for,” so they had to raise their prices. It was a different excuse every time. We finally sold our restaurant in August, and we have been trying to close our account since then, but the managers keep giving us different steps we need to take and I’ve been waiting or the territory manager to get back to me and finalize everything, and he claims that he’s been contacting me but I haven’t received a single call or email. We are still being charged, and not only have they not given us the refund for the weeks of charges we didn’t get serviced, they still have us setup in automatic payments and said that only the territory manager can stop that, which obviously hasn’t happened yet. Seriously absolutely the worst service.

Worst. Careful they'll tell you you're signing up for a trial then locked us in for 5yrs or $8000 buy out. Wont return calls pretend they left you voicemails. etc. the absolute worst

VERBALLY LIE TO YOU LOCK YOU IN FOR 5 YEARS $8000+ but tell you "yes just a trial month to month"Walk in route sales man Patrick Dunne came into our business and sold us a towel service.He told us it could be "just a trial and month to month" after one month we did not like their service and tried to cancel.Manager Salvador Hernandez informed us that we signed a contract for 5 years and will not let us out without paying $8000+!!!!!I told them this is not what we signed up for and the verbal conversation with the sales rep. was clearly one where they were taking advantage of us and knowing we wouldn't read all the small print. They told us they sold us a flexible trial plan and then silently locked us in for 5 years and over $8000. They will not work with us or apologize or do anything. Manager Salvador Hernandez just says "your contract is valid" and does not recognize any wrong doing, keeps saying if you pay us $8000 we'll go away. HORRIBLE

How is this company still in business? I was promised a manager will call back. They would call back when I am busy ( once) and I have not gotten a hold of them since. Poor service. Some weeks I don’t even get coats. They would try to remedy by giving me coats that are 4 sizes larger. They would increase their price every few weeks for no reason. I am now wanting to end my service and they are continuing to play games with me. I am not going to stop giving them bad reviews and will get legal services until they stop hurting others.

Another negative review here. This company needs to be shut down. I am not going to stop until they end my service. The contract clearly states that they need to notify their clients prior to automatically raising their fees. That is breach of contract. I tried to end my service and the manager reached out when we were working. He wanted me to personally talk to him. I have been calling him back and he is avoiding my calls. Little does he or the company know I can be very persistent! Horrible and unethical - How are they still in business?

This company is worst company I have ever worked with. They are dishonest and they lock you in 5 year contract and verbally lie. They do not deliver what they have promised. They have worst customer service ever.

I switched from Mission Linens to Aramark. Told them some issues I had with Mission, they said don't worry. They are worse than Mission. Communication is zero. Driver never shows up for a few weeks. Charge us more than what the contract is for. Sales guy snuck that in. They corrected it but still didn't get any credit for the towels. Billed for weeks we didn't get service. I called the call center. Found out they closed my tickets because they left a voice mail at the wrong number. Not good. Just look at the other reviews.

Totally irresponsible company. Services are good. But you don’t know when they are going to make you fool. Some day wyom will have a big event and if you rely on Aramark for the services you never know they will disappear. And then you will not have even a option for calling Aramark or what to do?

They charge you whatever they want for the same items and prices are different almost every invoice. So, before you sign a contract with them, please read carefully, it is usually with 36 months contract and AUTO RENEWAL which you can't terminate early. You have to write them a letter at least 60 days before the end of the current contract, with certified mail and return receipt requested.

This has to be the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They are added onto our bill a $20.59 weekly charge for insurance to cover us in the event one of our 6 mats were lost. As if in a million years you would loose a floor mat. When I accepted their service I told them I didn't want any hidden charges or surprises coming up, and they assured me that would not happen. They gave me a ball park number of what my weekly expenses would be, and not only did they add this outrageous insurance charge on the bill, they raised the cost of the mats shortly after taking on their service. They have also failed to provide a good service to us, by not changing out our mats weekly as promised. I'm going to fight them on this and hire an attorney. Never in my 44 years in business have I been up against such a dishonest company. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this company is more than deserving of such.

If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. Paying for a service and we get a quarter of what we paid for, missing uniforms, lost uniforms, another company’s uniforms, zero communication except from the finance department who actually answer their phones unlike the area manager, driver et Al. When finally we get ahold of the manager nothing but attitude and “we cannot find your uniforms” and we are still charged. Final nail in the coffin was today when the manager told my husband that his small business didn’t matter and to basically eff off. Way to support small businesses, we all start from somewhere. Reviewed on yelp and the owner left a comment, with no way to contact her directly just the generic Aramark phone number which we have escalated complaints on multiple occasions, getting absolutely nowhere. You know it’s bad when the finance department is also PO’d on your behalf. Zero stars. Absolutely zero.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Overcharged every month for a year. Rep kept saying he is not doing billing but is working on it, then stopped returning my calls. When I finally cancelled I had to send a certified letter. Keep in mind they stopped servicing our location MONTHS ago and they were still billing. They replied to the letter by saying it would b $3k plus they would keep billing me till they heard back.Bill Dabney, see you in court!

The worst uniform company in the world - period. PLEASE Read all yelp reviews and BBB reviews before signing up with this company. This is a totally unethical company and they will keep harassing you time and again.
