I cannot rave enough about the staff, especially Lindsay, the manager. I recently traveled to Florida and experienced the imaginable, lost my cellphone, DL and CC at the airport. While in Florida, I tried tirelessly to do "a SIM swap" to reestablish my service. Apparently, my insistence resembled the pattern of a hacker, which flagged my account for fraud to the point that my account was blocked. I was told numerous times at several AT&T stores that there was nothing they could do. However,Lindsay figured out!! After 3 long weeks, I finally have access to my account. I appreciate the knowledge and the genuine care that was displayed in every interaction ?

Amanda Daniel & rob had amazing customer service they are extremely knowledgeable about products and services they have great energy & helped us pick out new devices. They spent extra time helping us set up and program our devices & answered all of our questions I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I lost my phone and was unable to track the phone using a friends phone. I went to the store and the clerk (Amanda) was so helpful in helping me track the phone, in which case I was able to go to the location and retrieve my phone. I am so pleased with her assistance. She offered me the service of upgrading my phone and I will probably do so soon. Thank you so much for such great service!

I was going on a trip and my iPhone 11 was constantly heating up which meant I needed a new phone. Amanda and Destiny helped me with picking a phone out, getting new accessories and the entire setup. I loved how so down to earth they both were. I'm pretty sure I was in and out in less than an hour which is ideal when you've had a long day at work. I'll definitely be back to upgrade my parents phones.

Horrible costumer service, her name is destiny she has horrible manners as well as a horrible attitude. She laughed in our faces for nothing then called us crazy! She needs anger management or just to be fired honestly she acted horribly I’ve never had such horrible costumer service!

Do not come here destiny is a horrible costumer service agent. She clearly hates her job. Was on her phone when we walked in and laughed in our face she was rude from the beginning. Never deal with her! She shouldn't be working in a costumer service environment. She has a horrible temper. Clearly she hates herself or Jon to be acting like this. I've worked at AT&T I know how things work and the way she handled everything was horrible the manager needs to get her help or fire her. This was the worst experience ever!

Unprofessional. Can't even replace a sim card..Came to store in the morning just want to get a Sim card on 1/11.Told me to wait for 45 mins, and couldn't even help me to replace a simple thing, only want to replace sim card, told me go to different store.Went to Brokaw store, they were very helpful, get it done in 10mins..Won't recommended people go to this store. Not even try to help.If I can leave negative star, I would choose it.Not even 1 star to service, worst service never seen in my life.

Went to this store to get an understanding on a bill I received. After talking to AT&T over the phone, I was told to go to the branch where my whole problem was started.I walked in and was just stared at. No greeting. When I told them about my problems, I was rudely interrupted and referred to a “corporate” store.Your sign says AT&T. I have an “AT&T” question. Very obvious there is a lack of training here.
