I had a pretty complex prepaid multi-line to postpaid porting to do. These guys totally helped me out. They go above and beyond to ensure things are setup right and you get the best value. At one point, there were 2 guys and the manager were on phone with AT&T and another carrier on my behalf for different things. Would totally recommend to anyone.

Lost my sim during travel to get the replacement. Registered the name on queue and wait for 45 mins in Cupertino Main Street store, of not much customer (just 3 ahead), and no other staffs are helping or to follow up with. They only keep addresing incoming folks and chatting. Went to this store and the staff just got my SIM for 15mins and very polite and friendly. This store is far much more effective than the Main Street one.

This is one of the best AT&T stores I've been too in a while! It's very close and local to where I live so I don't have to drive out far. I always tell my friends to come to this location if their having phone troubles becuase I know the employees there can help almost anyone! I'd also like to say hiw welcoming the booth was at the flea market. I believe it was at DeAnza college-happens every month. It was fun to walk around and see whats new with AT&T! (I'm so glad there was Fiber in my area)

The AT&T San Jose store staff are extremely helpful. I purchased a iPhone 14pro with trade in promotion, but the trade-in device that I processed online didn’t link the credit to the purchase thus a much lower trade in value. When I dropped the phone in store to get the receipt, the store manager and staff discovered the wrong credit amount instantly and helped me to reprocess the trade-in in store with correct promotion value. The AT&T online platform apparently does not sync with the in-store system, so the process became complicated, but they provided the right instruction and phone number for me to talk to the right customers service to solve the issue. They are very professional and knowledgeable to help customers.

Yuxi is really helpful.I changed to 5G ultimate nearly two month ago, but I had been using 5Ge data, and I couldn’t manage my wireless account through Att app, which sucks, and nobody ever told me what was the problem.Then I came to this store, Yuxi found the problem for me and set up the 5G eSim card.I believe Yuxi knows AT&T services better than most of the At&t employees.I tried 3 different AT&T stores in LA. All the stuffs I met are noobs and couldn’t even ID the problem.If you have any difficulty, just come to this store and ask her!

Very helpful store representatives. After a long time, I found a telecom service store, where representatives listened to your problems and tried their best to resolve it. Otherwise in all other stores they will not help you until you have visited them to buy new offers/devises
