Product works great, very impressed. However, customer service is spotty. Seems like support for this new technology is not totally integrated with their main customer support..
Have called ATT custServ on several occasions; and each time agents put real effort into connecting me because my phone nuber/account did not register with them. They got me there each time but it should not be such a time-consuming, frustrating ordeal.
However, now that they have been made aware of the issue, im confaent they will move to seamlessly integrate Internet-Air into to their system. Maybe they could send a memo to ATT custServ agents, with Internet-Air customer service numbers and links.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at the AT&T store. Staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. No one offered to help, and when I finally asked for assistance, I was met with indifference. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Wow these employees are Amazing!!! Mayra and Jose were more than helpful with getting our bill down, helping us through the phone call to Att to remove a line and with my purchase of a IPad Pro! This will be my go to store from now on! ??

We had a really bad experience with two employees, we own a company, and we know about customer service, the two ladies since the beginning were not nice at all. When my wife walked in they didn’t even ask her what service does she needed before to tell her they were close, if McDonalds says they close at 8 and a client gets in to buy something at 7:40 pm the owner/ manager or person in charge should not sell the food? It was raining really bad so I parked my car close so she could get inside the door!
So sad to see people working with the best costumer service ever; we all should love what we do or at least try since they are getting pay! Well I hope this store changes their way to see to the community and more clients get better experience than us, we went so in needed and they just didn’t care

If I could give a 0 star I would.
I went to the store today April 4th at 7:43 pm, I saw the lady (she said her name is Mandi) she saw me I was going to go inside the store, once I walked in I asked (door was not lock or anything, before I went I checked bussiness hrs! Once I walked in she said yes we are close,
And I told her you guys should change your bussiness hrs on the website because it says that you guys close at 8pm she was so rude and se said ok ok, we have to close 15 min before to close to count the registers (I am a bussiness owner I have a bussiness and I won’t say I close at 8 and close at 7:45 instead I change my bussiness hrs to 7:45 I ask her why she didn’t lock the door if it was close, she say just I came in but she was in about to, she keep saying leave please leave, asked for her name, she was rude, I asked for the other employees name she said she wasn’t going to tell me, I asked for the store number and Mandi said she didn’t know the store number, she didn’t even wanted to tell me the managers name,
what tells me they do not know about costumer service, they don’t get train, or they just doesn't like their job (they should look whatever makes them happy)
all my accounts from my bussiness and personal I have them with AT&T I needed to purchase a phone and they couldn’t be nice at least!
Just because of their way to be I will move all my accounts to a different company where I am value as a client and my money is value too!
I would absolutely not recommend this store at all if you are looking to be helped or have a great experience!
WE NEED MORE NICE PEOPLE ON THIS WORLD! I definitely not going back.
If you have cámaras check them, I told them of course I will complain of course I will make a problem because I don’t want another client to have the same problem!
