Called different ATT stores looking for a specific phone. All the other stores I’ve called either they didn’t pick up. Or didn’t have the phone available.
Called this location, they had my phone in stock and decided to pop on over to do a phone upgrade. I’m glad Nick picked up the phone and helped me see it through and through. He did ask me to come in at a certain, I was in the area so I popped in a little early. He was more than welcoming. He was with a customer before me. Told me he’d be right with me. Didn’t wait long. He was done with the other customer.
He is very thorough. Walked me through the upgraded plan on my account. Answered all my questions. Explained the breakdowns for me. What to expect and made sure I understood what I was getting in to.
We had a hiccup with my phone and he stayed with me and tried his best to figure out the issue so I can walk out with a working phone. I can’t say for the rest of the people that work here but Nick has went above and beyond expectations for customer service. 10/10 do recommend him and this location!

I would stay away from this place. They sold a family member several phones within months of each other. I have filed a fraud claim.

Amazing service and assistance from the team at the Hillsdale Avenue AT&T store. They clearly discussed options, provided great suggestions, and made our upgrade to an iPhone 15 super smooth. We'll definitely be back when it's time to upgrade our other iPhone.

John the Store Manager was the best representative i’ve ever worked with in a phone store. Highly recommend your family & friends here! He saved me $59 a month on my business account with better plan, got me half off a ipad i didn’t know about, new phone, Fiber wifi (FINALLY get to cancel comcast) i didn’t know it was available in my area it wasn’t a year ago! $600 for signing up holiday promotions are very good with att. zach was also helpful when the manager was helping 3 others customers at once! they are good at what they do and need more help at this location!
