There is a guarantee that there will be prompt service. I walked in , no greeting, eye contact or acknowledgement. I patiently waited and finally got on the list. The list is long and the wait is longer. The staff waited in the back and slowly came out , without any urgency or greeting to any customers waiting. Even a simple “we’ll be with you as soon as possible” “apologies for the wait” . Employees are slow and the proactive ones aren’t able to get the credit they deserve because other member take long breaks in between helping customers and I saw customers having to wave a employee down just for attention , as if it wasn’t obvious to help customers.the lack of customer service and prompt responses from employees is poor.

Thank you so much DAVID ,im definitely appreciative and satisfied with his assistance on guiding me step by step with upgrading to the IPHONE 16, i showed up an hour before they closed and he had a lot of patience with transferring my data one phone to another,helped me get a great phone case aswell as accessories ,and answered all of my questions regarding the TRADE IN 👍🏽 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Waited 45 minutes to be seen, only to be ignored and left unattended. Staff was unhelpful and careless. I left without my issue being resolved. Absolutely the most unprofessional store I’ve ever visited. Total waste of time.

David is just amazing and very knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem with my billing with in few minutes of detailed review and guided me with next steps and resolve all issues. His patience and willingness to help customer is greatly appreciated. ( note: I honestly reached to 5-6 customer service agents so far regarding same billing issue, no one was able to figure it out until I met David)

I traded in an iphone, paid $100 extra and was told that was all there was to it. A month later I am receiving a $75 bill on top of my phone plan.

Girls are too slow…or they’re avoiding work by taking longer time for each customer even just sitting beside while other customers are on 611. Need multi tasking.

My name is Zuri I had an appointment at the store. My mom doesn’t know any English but Rudy was so nice to talk to her in Spanish, not only that he helped us with our need and always welcoming people to the store smiling and making the wait time fun. He is such an amazing employee

I had a horrible experience at the Los Gatos store and so I came to this store. Maritza was amazing as she patiently explained everything and straightened out the mess. She even got a 25% educator discount for my whole bill! I am very grateful for her and I will be coming to this AT&T store going forward. Maritza is the best!!

was there to return a phone within 14 days but they told me you order online so only can return online, which is not true and that waste my time waiting there and missed the return window. Suggest to have AT&T physical vs AT&T online, these are 2 different companies, they don't help each other, very stupid.

I received excellent service when I visited the AT&T (corporate) store that is located across from Westfield mall from the Store Manager Maritiza and Else. Maritiza the manager exemplified professionalism, efficiency and kindness in helping me resolve an issue with my father's cell phone. Maritiza handed me off to Elyse that works on her team and she was great, helpful & professional. Great customer service.
