This is the most awful, horrible place to go this asshole name Jerry that works there was being rude to me and all I was trying to do is why my phone bill went up from 400 to, almost 600 bucks I can't afford that this place is all bad in general I have had many problems with this place and I can't continue with AT&T I recommend all you guys to not use AT&T they are a scam

I did show up as soon as doors opened, but I had an unfortunate phone emergency that was really relieving and helpful and not a dreadful cost. I've been calling AT&T for on and off for 6 months about my iPad service and he had a solution and positive end result. Probably the best experience I've had walking into a business that you expect to be paying an arm and leg for anything.

Getting assistance at the store was great. It was fast and professional. Don't bother with calling customer service - located out of country it was a waste of time.

I was at the store for trade-in device and they told me how bad my phone’s condition is and only value 1/3 of the trade-in price.After that, I went to another store, they told me thanks for protecting your phone really well and give me the full trade-in price.I think about this situation maybe is because I had done transfer my carrier to att already. They couldn’t had benefit from me.This is the second time I went to this store, the first time is during pandemic, and whatever I ask, they told me go to the website, we couldn’t do it in the store.The worst service I ever had, I couldn’t get it why is this a 4.4 star store????????

I went to this store for the first time this week, and I would never go to this store again! I was there for iPhone tradein, agent that I was assigned took a look at my phone and immediately told me it only worth 300usd where the online tradein price told me 830usd. Then I went to the AT&T Cupertino/StevenCreek store later that day and they evaluate my phone's conditionand directly tradein full 830usd for me. I think suspect this store is sort of a scam that was trying to get some intermediate benefit from cutting off my tradin value, customers be aware!!

I had many concerns about switching from android to the new iPhone. Rayven made the change fast, efficient, and fun. She went above and beyond to help suit all my new phone needs. She is very knowledgeable about all things AT&T and phone related. People can learn from her as how to go above and beyond! I walked in and got helped right away! I came in with a question and Derek and his manager were very helpful and VERY knowledgeable about product and lines. They even helped me save money on my bill because i had an old contract. We even had a good laugh. I would definitely recommend this location and ATTs services! Thank you both!

With the store being slammed, the staff was very quick to help me when I walked in the door. I was assisted by Aly, and I am beyond pleased. He not only helped me with what I needed, but showed me more tips and tricks to live up to the qualities of my new phone. He has a lot of potential, and I could see his being a store manager. Thank you AT&T!

I was struggling to port my number to AT&T from T-Mobile. I came to the store and asked for help. Fortino tried to help me. He deleted my existing eSIM, tried something else, and returned me my phone without cell service saying he can't help me. After my complain that I was left without cell service and can't call anyone, he provided me a landline phone and left the store. I didn't see him after. I had to solve my problems alone without mobile service.

Having a really bad experience with this team here in Saratoga. They ported my old number from metro over to att, but I was told to wait a month so I can get the phone, and I agreed. Why not, I already have att stream with them it should be ok. But when that month came, Tino said I couldn't do it because I was flagged for fraud, so he said wait another month. Which I do. Mind you I am now being charged now for that number they ported but I couldn't get the phone. I tell Tino I am getting charged for that line which I don't have the phone for. He said he can see what he can do and never called back. This all happened in October 2022. It is now April 2023 and nothing has been resolved. I've called multiple times and expresses my feelings and concerns to the manager Tino and he has done nothing about all the money that has been tooken from me by att. It is very upsetting knowing the management knows I have been having all these issues and hasn't reached out to me to try and resolve them. I have been a loyal costumers and even bought my daughter a phone through att, knowing they were still taking money from me, because I thought the management would handle the jobs better
