Zero stars. Someone bought 2 phones under my account and I don't even live in the same town! I tried reaching out 6 times and each time I was on hold for over 20 minutes then transferred to a customer service center overseas. They obviously do not check that they are scanning the correct IDs. They are committing FRAUD there. Sales Rep was Arthur G on the email receipt.

I decided to upgrade my plan with att and Mr. Daniel helped me immensely to do so. Daniel went out of his way making sure I've got everything I wanted. His supervisor customer service skill and knowledge is amazing. Thank you Daniel.

Went in to see about trading in my 13 Pro Max for a S23 Ultra. The customer service rep couldn't unlock or go in the back and get a phone so I could see how it felt. I do not like cheap feeling products so I wanted to do my own review. She made no effort to accommodate me and missed out in a sale. A customer wants to know you'll at least TRY to make an effort.

daniel the store manager got us set up with the new AT&T fiber internet and its been the best decision we have ever made. the customer service was amazing and he was very informative. If you guys go into this store i suggest you speak with daniel, he knows his stuff and helped me and my wife out a lot.

Unfortunately I have to give a very poor review. The employee was unprofessional and incompetent; he did not help a single person in the store today (08/07/23). All he could say was "I'm the only one here today and my manager is off". This was the same statement he gave to the customer in line in front of me. And it was evident that she felt hurt, frustrated and confused.

My husband and I went at 7pm to get some info on my plan and try to figure out what was wrong with my husband phone. They were no help at all because they wanted to leave early. Closing time is 8pm they just said to come back another day.

Went into this location to get my mom set up with a new line. We are 30 year AT&T customers with five lines and were given misinformation at this store which cost us money we weren’t prepared to spend. Jesse was nice enough but gave us incorrect information regarding the monthly charge. He also told us he would waive the activation fee which did not happen. Now we are on the phone when AT&T customer service trying to resolve this situation. It should also be noted that Jesse took over our interaction and switched customers with his colleague since he was frustrating his current customers and his colleague had to step in. We are new to the neighbor and disappointed in this experience. We can walk to this location but will drive back to Santa Clara when we need assistance instead.
